Show Home Launches At Melville Gardens In

The show home at Laurel Homes Melville Gardens development in Beith has officially opened. The 42 new semi-detached and detached family homes are the first new homes to be built in Beith in 10 years, which has resulted in 40% of homes being sold or reserved since it launched in March.
