Air Travel

London Our nearest public airport is Luton which is situated just off Junction 10 of the M1. From here you can catch a train direct from Parkway station to Station (A shuttle bus service is available from the terminal building to the Luton Airport Parkway Station). On arriving at Bedford Station we recommend you take a taxi to the campus (see 'Taxi Information'). You can reserve a cab direct from the Luton Airport to the campus, approx. 25 minute drive. (see ‘Taxi Information’).

Taxi Information

These taxis are ‘Private Hire’ and have flat a rate on certain routes: for example, approximately £10 between the Cranfield campus and Milton Keynes Central Railway station, £32.50 between Cranfield and London Luton Airport, and £65 between Cranfield and London . If you require taxi transportation from airports to Cranfield, it is recommended to book a cab well in advance through these numbers

‘Private Hire’ taxis are normally cheaper than ‘Black Cabs’ and will require telephone bookings.
