Deep Friendly Goodness
WEBISODE #1: DEEP FRIENDLY GOODNESS [1] WELCOME TO RPS FADE IN: TAGLINE: 2 HOURS UNTIL THE SHOW INT. WRESTLING ARENA. A split-screen shot shows the two main event stars arriving at the arena. DERRICK LA’BELL on the left, MARIANO FERNANDEZ on the right. The stark contrast between them is LA’BELL arrives like an MMA star with an entourage, dressed in quality sports brand, whereas FERNANDEZ arrives like a veteran wrestler. Solo, a bag over his back, dressed in civilian attire. They walk down their respective hallway poised as the central figure of their shot. People they pass turn their heads recognizing them almost immediately as celebrities. A subtle jazz background music is played while they walk down the hallways and enter their respective locker room. - In Fernandez’s room he drops off his bag and sits down. Over his shoulder, the shot reveals him to be on his phone and navigating Twitter. - In Derrick’s room, his entourage drops his bag, one individual begins answering a phone. La’Bell quick changes his standard black shirt to a shirt with the RPS logo on. DERRICK LA’BELL: How’s it look? One of Derrick’s entourage looks up from his phone. Immediately he half-smiles and nods slowly and approvingly. BEN HUANG: Makes you like the G.O.A.T, Beast. JAMES STOKES: And that’s free, Beast. Another member of the entourage adds. Charismatic, shorter than BEN. The camera follows La’Bell walking out of the room and THE BEAST walks over to the poster featuring himself and Mariano. -

The main event went over the limit of what we’ll accept from WWE. You can argue that there was no reason to book John Cena against John Laurinaitis on a pay-per-view, and you’d be right. And there was no enough that next time viewers might just tune in reason for Cena to drag the match out. It didn’t fit If you follow an industry long enough, you’re for a just an hour instead of the usual two and the storyline. And it made John Cena look like a bound to see some bad decisions being made. certainly not commit to all three. The Smiling Face of Chris Schukar Is Plastered to the Darkness As Stirring Music Races Through the Speaker
[Darkness.] "POWER" [The smiling face of Chris Schukar is plastered to the darkness as stirring music races through the speaker. The clear voice of Marcus Harden provides commentary.] Marcus Harden (MH): In the beginning, there was Schukar. Riding the high on the creation of the National Wrestling Council's and its birth, Chris took power where it came and prestige where it was deserved. Some said his ego ran roughshod, some said he was crazy. [The NWC logo fills the screen, proud in its majesty.] MH: None could deny his success. Schukar alone built the NWC body, fighting off challengers and growing more and more demanding, more controlling in his grip on the Council. People were fired, people were sacrificed... but one name has stood in his way. [Six letters of glimmering silver stamp themselves to the logo.] MH: Pierce. From the arrogance of Raymond to the intelligence of Andrew, the Pierce name has been synonymous with takeovers and control. Now faced with perhaps his greatest challenge in the enigma known as Alex Pierce, the NWC's very fate hangs in the balance. [Faces appear on the screen. Hunter Sabuani. Eugene Robinson. Maxton Rainstone. Ben Van Iten. Hyuk Suh Kim.] MH: These next two nights, sixteen men will compete for the future, for the right to find out which hand guides the ship. The NWC hangs between Heaven and Hell and heroes will be forever made and villains never forgotten as the National Wrestling Council presents... [BOOM!!!] MH: PURGATORY! [And with fireworks galore and explosions that rock the very Complex we're dropped into, we head to the Purgatory Complex across the Piazza San Marco in Venice. -
