The Rules require Powerlink to carry out forward planning to identify future reliability of supply requirements1 and consult with interested parties on the proposed solution as part of the Regulatory Investment Test for Transmission (RIT-T). This includes replacement of network assets in addition to augmentations of the transmission network.
