Printed copies of the new edition of Dunkeld News were delivered to parishes last week. The cost of production - although seemingly lavish and colourful - is only 19p a copy and distributed free in Special Collection next Sunday 27th August for Mensal Fund the parish. PARISH The parish can look beautiful on the outside and inside but what is the point if we are not a welcoming Church? Imagine you (young or old) have struggled for whatever reason to get to DIARY mass only to find the church door open but the church empty, you’re not sure where to sit and if you should take a hymn book. Worse you need the toilet and the door is still locked. No one arriving in Church in this way is going to feel in the mood to listen to God’s Word, speak to the DUNKELD NEWS is at the back of the church.
