Above: Another rainbow, this on as seen from South Ogden. Apr 8th-9th - A cold and moist Pacific storm system brought a variety of wild weather to the majority of the Beehive State, with most activity across northern and central Utah. Strong thunderstorms developed ahead of the surface cold front, bringing heavy rain, hail, and strong gusty winds. As the cold front pushed across the state, rain changed to snow in many valleys, with heavy snow in the mountains and along the benches.
