I would like to welcome you on behalf of Irina Babyuk, Chair of the St. Petersburg Committee for Investment. We are glad that you were able to find the time on a Saturday morning to come to this session, which concerns a very important topic in the development of St. Petersburg, the Russian regions, and Russia as a whole. Just three or four years ago, it seemed as though there were no serious threats to the sustainable development of the Russian regions or the countries of the European Union.
