Interim Honors Program Coordinator, 2015-2016 Administered Penn State Berks Honors Program and served as representative for University-wide Schreyer Honors College; facilitated recruitment, retention, and mentoring of 80-90 honors students per semester, including 20 Schreyer Scholars; advised Schreyer Honors Theses; managed program development and assessment; coordinated program publicity; guided campus Honors Club; and administered program budget.

Composition Program Coordinator, 2002-2011 Mentored 20-30 composition instructors per semester; recruited and interviewed new part-time composition faculty; staffed and scheduled 40-50 composition courses per semester; designed monthly staff meetings; facilitated collaboration with Writing Center; coordinated annual Writing Award; supported Writing Across the Curriculum Program; conducted ongoing program assessment; and administered program budget.
