The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidental services necessary to perform all work associated with the Bear Mountain Inn Site Rehabilitation Phase II, as shown, specified, or directed in accordance with the plans and specifications, located in Bear Mountain State Park, Town of Stony Point, Rockland County, NY. B. The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Furnish, installation and removal of any/all work zone traffic control along adjacent Seven Lakes Drive and internal park circulation routes, including any temporary barriers and/or signage. 2. Furnish, installation and continual monitoring of any/all erosion control devices as shown on the plans, with additional as necessary toward compliance with the Stormwater Management permit (SWPPP) issued for the project. 3. Tree and vegetative undergrowth removal as shown and described within the Contract Documents. 4. Clearing, grubbing, with associated grading and drainage improvements as necessary for installation of both improved and new internal park roadways. 5. Furnish and installation of new asphalt paved roads and ancillary paved areas as shown on the plans. 6. Furnish and installation of all electrical and conduit features as shown and described within the Contract Documents. 7. Furnish and installation of all access gates, parapet stones, stone curbing, directional signage, and pavement striping. 8. Furnish and installation of timber guiderail and stone park entrance sign, granite slabs (approx.20), landscape berming, and associated plantings. 9.
