Day One Journey today to Gettysburg where a three-day battle during the Civil War turned the tide for the Union Army. Our first stop will be at the Gettysburg Visitor's Center to view their Electric Map, which gives an excellent orientation of the strategies of the armies of both the North and the South. Enjoy lunch on own during this visit, and then it’s off to visit the Eisenhower National Historic Site located on the 231-acre Eisenhower Farm owned by President Dwight D. Eisenhower and wife Mamie. Late afternoon a local guide will lead us through the battlefield with over 1,300 monuments, markers, and statues. Dinner tonight at General Pickett's. Overnight accommodations in Lancaster, PA.

Day Two A wonderful breakfast is included this morning and then we’re off on an Amish Experience! The day begins with a sightseeing tour of Penn Dutch Country with its rich heritage and traditions! You will see mules working in the fields and horse-drawn buggies on the country roads as we head to see an Amish farm. Lunch at Kitchen Kettle Village will allow you free time to pick up Dutch jams & jellies, baked goodies and a variety of arts & crafts. Next stop on this wonderful tour is The Amish Experience: feel what it means to be Amish through their three-dimensional set and multiple projection screens . Late afternoon return to the hotel and freshen up for tonight’s Dinner Theatre experience.

Day Three Following another wonderful breakfast this morning, get ready for a wonderful ride to Hershey, which is synonymous with the confectionery delight produced there. Day Four A farewell breakfast at the hotel and then it’s off to visit Valley Forge National Historic Park. Valley Forge National Historical Park, with 3,600 acres of rolling hills is a reminder of freedom won by mans’ sacrifice long ago!
