Dear Friends, Wow, what an amazing and adventurous year 2016 has been. Here we are preparing for 2017 with some new as well as some past tour travels and this year is almost gone. We hope that you will join us on some travel adventures, make some new friends, and share many memories of the fun times you had while on tour with us. Donna, some friends, and myself went on our first Shockey Tour this past March to Washington D.C. for the Cherry Blossom tour. With several veterans on the bus joining us I was deeply moved at the memorials that we visited and I was extremely impressed with the tour operations of Shockey Tours. This is certainly the only way to go. There is no way I would want to do such a tour on my own. In 2016 we would distribute tour evaluation surveys to our passengers to which I get to review. These assist us in making changes, if necessary, to make Shockey Tours the best it can be. Most of the travelers that participated with the surveys were well pleased. For 2017 we have added the opportunity to pay online. Several of our travelers have asked about this option and now it has been put into place. Visit our website at www.shockeytours.com. Please take time and look through the new 2017 catalog, select where you may like to visit, and allow Shockey Tours to take you there. We appreciate your travel business and the opportunity to serve you. Your Friends, Marvin, Donna, Ron, and Becky *For the many that ask, John and Faye are doing fine and still enjoying whatever retired folks like to do.*
