This sight explains an overview of my position & circumstances that are long awaiting relief. I am requesting public assistance in investigating the abduction of my daughter, 6 year old, Annie Ivy- Lee Aviado. She was abducted by a "cult" like group of pedo & or necrophiles that are imposters in positions of authority in Ontario. The children of the public belong to the public & we all have the legal & innate right to investigate & enforce the Charter section 7., we are a family of human beings. Please provide any factual information regarding these issues & forward to [email protected]. with names, dates, locations and leads on where to locate any possible supporting evidence. Be the police of pedophiles as our most important purpose & possessions beside the environment issues. The authorities appear to have formed a "cult" in "Criminal Breach of Trust" section 336. ccc. and "High Treason" section 46(2)(a)(d) ccc. from which we have no protection outside ourselves. I need assistance to tighten up this pool of information quickly enough to save my daughters life. The persons mentioned herein may or may not be involved in illegal acts regardless if their name comes up in connection or peculiarity. I know someone out there has the information I need to free my daughter. November 24, 2020 MEMORANDUM Defendant Reckitt Benckiser, Inc. (“Defendant”) manufactures Suboxone, a drug commonly used to combat opioid addiction.1 Suboxone previously came in tablet form, but in 2010, citing safety concerns, Defendant effectuated a change in the administration of this drug, switching from tablet to sublingual film. Various purchasers/consumers of Suboxone claimed that this switch was anticompetitive and solely designed to maintain Defendant’s market exclusivity—a scheme known as a “product hop.” These claims have resulted in multi-district, antitrust litigation before this Court. 1 Reckitt is currently known as Indivior, Inc. In December 2014, Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was demerged from its prior parent, the Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC, into Indivior PLC. Although Indivior is technically the named defendant in this case, the pleadings and many of the relevant exhibits use the name “Reckitt.” As discovery and class certification litigation have come to a close, the parties have raised numerous challenges under Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals, 509 U.S. 579 (1993), seeking exclusion of all or selected portions of nine expert witnesses anticipated opinions. This Opinion explains my reasoning for the resolution of these motions and will hopefully set forth a clearer path towards trial.

Lewis Carleton University [email protected] Paper for Presentation at The Annual Meeting of the Canadian Political Science Association Concordia University, Montreal June 2010 Introduction For a variety of reasons, the careers of Canadian provincial premiers have escaped explicit academic attention. Premiers are found frequently in Canadian political science literature, but more for direct roles and actions – in questions of the constitution, federalism, public policy and electoral and legislative studies – instead of longitudinal study and analysis. This fits a pattern of neglect in the field; some academics have lamented the lack of direct attention to provincial politics and history (Brownsey and Howlett 2001). The aggregate imprints of premiers are relatively ignored outside of regional and provincial treatments. No pan- Canadian assessment of premiers exists, and probably for good reason. The theoretical and methodological concerns with asking general research questions about premiers are plenty; leadership theory and historical approaches provide some foundations but any approach is going to confront conceptual challenges. This is where this study is found – in a void of precedents but a plethora of qualitative data. 2 Regardless of methodological challenges, some historians, political scientists and members of the media have not shied away from ranking and assessing national leaders. Some of the more popular treatments (from the popular culture version to the more academic approach) include Ferguson’s Bastards and Boneheads , Granatstein and Hillmer’s Prime Ministers: Ranking Canada’s Leaders , and Bliss’s Right Honourable Men . Bliss (xiv), the esteemed historian, is skeptical of such endeavours, “While this is Canadian history from Parliament Hill, I am not a Hegelian and I do not believe that political leaders, least of all prime ministers of Canada, are personifications of the world spirit.

    226 Catholic Education/December 2007 AUTHENTIC EXPRESSION OF EDMUND RICE CHRISTIAN BROTHER EDUCATION RAYMOND J. VERCRUYSSE, C.F.C. University of San Francisco The Congregation of Christian Brothers (CFC), a religious community which continues to sponsor and staff Catholic high schools, began in Ireland with the vision of Edmund Rice. This article surveys biographical information about the founder and details ongoing discussions within the community directed toward preserving and growing Rice’s vision in contemporary Catholic schools. BACKGROUND n 1802, Edmund Rice directed the laying of the foundation stone for IMount Sion Monastery and School. After several previous attempts of instructing poor boys in Waterford, this was to be the first permanent home for the Congregation of Christian Brothers. Rice’s dream of founding a reli- gious community of brothers was becoming a reality with a school that would reach out to the poor, especially Catholic boys of Waterford, Ireland. Edmund Rice grew up in Callan, County Kilkenny. The Rice family was described as “a quiet, calm, business people who derived a good living from the land and were esteemed and respected” (Normoyle, 1976, p. 2). Some historians place the family farm in the Sunhill townland section of the coun- ty. The family farm was known as Westcourt. It was at Westcourt that Robert Rice and Margaret Tierney began a life together. However, “this life on the family farm was to be lived under the partial relaxation of the Penal Laws of 1782” (Normoyle, 1976, p. 3). This fact would impact the way the Rice family would practice their faith and limit their participation in the local Church.

    THE CBC RADIO DRAMA PROJECT AND ITS BACKGROUND by Howard Fink Radio drama for me, as for many people who were growing up just after the War, was, quite simply, my introduction to theatre: the classics, Renaissance drama, and modern and contemporary plays, including European and Canadian. It is rare that one gets the opportunity to re-examine a major formative influence later in one's life, rarer still to find that in this objective light its value holds up. I have had that happy experience with CBC radio drama. I have also had an experience of a completely different kind, in attempting to trace the materials of this influ- ential phenomenon: one which, as regards the history of Canadian theatre in general, has been shared in some measure by many: it was almost impossible to study the achievement of CBC radio drama as a whole, or even at first to locate the vast majority of the plays created and produced. Of course this is partly owing to the particular nature of theatre, the original form of which, unlike a novel or a book of verse, is a live performance, which remains rather in the memories than in the bookcases of its audience. More particularly, the CBC has always considered itself a production organization rather than a repository of culture, and quite rightly so. It has, in fact, been discouraged from archival activities by the government, which considers the Public Archives of Canada as a more appropriate institution for that role. 3f course such well-known figures as Robertson Davies, George Ryga and James Reaney are well represented in print.

Two adult offenders were also charged in relation to the same offence. It is the theory of the Crown that all four males acted in concert to affect a home invasion robbery, which ultimately resulted in the victim’s death. [2] On May 16, 2019, the two youths appeared before this court and entered guilty pleas to the lesser-included offence of manslaughter in relation to their roles in the death of Mr. Yorke. No facts were presented to the court at the time of the plea, as the Crown indicated that they would likely be seeking a publication ban relating to any facts that referenced the adult accused or specific details relating to the homicide. — 2 — [3] The two young offenders are scheduled to complete their sentencing on September 6th, 2019. The preliminary hearing for the two adult accused is set to commence in November 2019, with further dates into December and then January 2020. No dates have been set therefore in relation to a trial in that matter.
