RGPPL- For the purpose of transmission deviation the ISGS generator RGPPL is embedded in the Maharashtra Transmission system, therefore the injection of RGPPL in Maharashtra Drawal for transmission deviation purpose has not been included. 2. NSPCL - NSPCL is connected to Bhilai Steel Plant & CSPDCL system and to ISTS system. The injection of NSPCL is considered only on ISTS lines i.e., 400 kV NSPCL – Raipur D/C lines and the transmission deviation is arrived out by comparing this injection with the LTA & MTOA of NSPCL to its beneficiaries. 3. CSPTrCL- Tied up LTA of 343 MW out of 604 MW (total) added in the approved injection of Jindal Power Limited (Chhattisgarh) – 110 MW, SKS Raigarh – 55MW, KWPCL-REGL – 27MW, KSK Mahanadi – 82 MW, BALCO – 55 MW, Maruti CCPL – 14 MW. 4. Spectrum Coal and Power LTA of 30 MW and Maruti CCPL LTA of 195 MW is added to approved injection of ACBIL since ACBIL, spectrum coal & Power & Maruti CCPL is a single regional entity of WR. 5. LTA/MTOA details of RE exemption for Madhya Pradesh – 651 MW, Maharashtra – 1055 MW and Goa – 50 MW have been incorporated in the approved drawal quantum. ( ) POWER SYSTEM OPERATION CORPORATION LIMITED (A Government of India Enterprise) National Load Despatch Centre Amendment to the notification of Transmission charges payable by DICs for the Billing Month of February 2021 No: TC/12/2020/R1 Date: 05.03.2021 1. The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing of Inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses), Regulations 2020 came into force with effect from 1.11.2020. National Load Despatch centre (NLDC) as the Implementing Agency under Sharing Regulations 2020 has been entrusted with the responsibility of computation of ISTS transmission charges and losses. Further, as per Regulation (14) (5)(b), Transmission charges payable by DICs shall be notified by the Implementing Agency by 25th day of the month following billing period. The computation of transmission charges shall be done on the basis of inputs received from ISTS Licensees, DICs/ States, CTU as per the Regulations. 2. Implementing Agency vide its notification dated 25.01.2021 had notified the transmission charges for the DICs for the billing month of February’21 in line with Sharing Regulations 2020. Subsequent to the notification, WRPC vide mail dated 09.02.2021 had furnished the revised weighted average allocation of central sector generating stations for the billing period of Dec’20 stating an inadvertent error in the calculations of allocations. Further, it was brought to the notice of Implementing Agency that NERLDC had issued completion of trial operation certificates for the ISTS elements of New Mariani of POWERGRID on 06.01.2021 with an effective date of 30.12.2020. This has established power flow on M/s. KMTL’s ISTS elements. Thus, 2 days equivalent YTC of M/s. KMTL has become eligible for consideration into computations for the billing month of Feb’21. It was further informed change in YTC for Rajasthan and Odisha for the billing period of Dec’20. 3. In view of above, Implementing Agency has revised the computations after incorporating all the required corrections and amended the notification of transmission charges for the DICs for the billing month of February’21. 4. Applicability of transmission charges A. The notified transmission charges payable by DICs for the billing month of Feb’21 shall be used by RPCs for preparation of revised Regional Transmission Account (RTA) for the billing month Feb’21. RPCs shall prepare revised RTA for the billing month of Feb’21 considering the revised regional DIC wise break up of LTA/MTOA enclosed along with this notification. B. The revised transmission charges payable by DICs for LTA/MTOA are given at Annexure- I. ISTS licensee wise revised break up of Monthly Transmission Charges (MTC) for the purpose of disbursement of transmission charges by CTU is given at Annexure-III. E. Entity-wise details of bilateral billing are given separately at Annexure-IV. F. Rest all other details are same as in the notification dated 25.01.2021.
