Data and feedback supports Soho Music Month once again delivered against key Intrinsic and Extrinsic measures set out in evaluation framework;

Intrinsic: 100% reported being at least Positively impacted by intrinsic outcomes including Emotional Capabilities, Attitudes and Skills (See: P32). 78% reported feeling their job prospect have been affected “Very positively” and feel it has made them “industry Ready”.

Extrinsic: 156 Training & Development hours and 400 available work experience hours were provided across Soho Music Month, Additional value delivered including collaborating with curators, networking with industry and presenting ideas to clients.

Over 80% are on course to gain a recognised accreditation in Advanced Project Management (ONC Level 2).

100% reported to having a “Good” or an “Excellent” experience of the Soho Music Month project and 13 received c51 hours paid work at above London Living Wage.
