Join us for two days & two nights to celebrate art, music, nature & sea activities with our partner Starboard ! 23 - 25 Oct 2020 Ko Tao Island 23 - 25 Oct 2020 Ko Tao Island Location Located just off the Gulf of Thailand’s western shores, the island of Ko Tao is part of the Chumphon Archipelago. It covers an area of approximately 21 square kilometers. Named by its first settlers, the island derives its title from its turtle-like shape. Ko Tao is a small paradise whose inhabitants live off the surrounding natural bounty &, more recently, diving activities. The island plays host to a very fragile ecosystem which we are intent on preserving. 23 - 25 Oct 2020 Ko Tao Island Exceptionnal location B2TG will be spread out over 2 different spots during the two-days festival Main stage live & DJ Oxygen boat party Ko Tao resort Saturday afternoon « Paradise zone » 2:00 - 7:00 Workshops Exhibitions Painting, sculture, & artistic Because there is no doubt art is effective performances offered to the public in conveying messages, Bonus TMC street and various Workshops will be also artist will create artwork with Kid’s of proposed to all attendees. All these people were there for me when I was at the bottom and therefore they deserve to be there when I will be at the top To my father and mother, because they gave life to me and fully supportedmy studies abroad. It must have been very difficult to let their oldest son leave home for five years. But now I am done and can return back home. To my beautiful and smart wife, who loves me unconditionally. Her every day support and advices were the boost I needed to overcome this challenge. Her presence changed me from a boy to a man who is not afraid of taking any risk and keeps his word. To my lovely son, who brought so much joy to my life. His smile keeps me going and pushes me to step out of my comfort zone in order to achieve my goals. He motivates me to be a better person every day and act as a role model for him. To my grandfather, who never got the chance to study at an university but was still able to be one of the most influencial people in my life.

中期報告 2017 Interim REPORT 2017 CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GROWTH ENTERPRISE MARKET (“GEM”) OF THE STOCK EXCHANGE OF HONG KONG LIMITED (THE “STOCK EXCHANGE”) GEM has been positioned as a market designed to accommodate companies to which a higher investment risk may be attached than other companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Prospective investors should be aware of the potential risks of investing in such companies and should make the decision to invest only after due and careful consideration. The greater risk profile and other characteristics of GEM mean that it is a market more suited to professional and other sophisticated investors. Given the emerging nature of companies listed on GEM, there is a risk that securities traded on GEM may be more susceptible to high market volatility than securities traded on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange and no assurance is given that there will be a liquid market in the securities traded on GEM. Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and the Stock Exchange take no responsibility for the contents of this report, make no representation as to its accuracy or completeness and expressly disclaim any liability whatsoever for any loss howsoever arising from or in reliance upon the whole or any part of the contents of this report. This report, for which the directors (the “Directors”) of Luk Hing Entertainment Group Holdings Limited (the “Company”) collectively and individually accept full responsibility, includes particulars given in compliance with the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the GEM of the Stock Exchange (the “GEM Listing Rules”) for the purpose of giving information with regard to the Company.
