DIRECTIONS – by Car - From //Witham: Take A12 towards Colchester (North East). Exit on A133 towards Colchester. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit into Westway/A134. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Balkerne Hill/A134. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Malden Road/B1022. Turn left into Beaconsfield Ave/B1026. At the end of the road turn left (Butt Road car park dead-ahead) and then right into Wellington House/Business Centre.

DIRECTIONS – by Car - From : Take A12 towards London/Colchester/Harwich/A120. Take the exit towards Colchester/Ardleigh/A1232/Ipswich Road/Harwich/A120. At 1st roundabout take 2nd exit onto A1232/Ipswich Road heading to Ardleigh/A137. Turn right at Ipswich Road and then take 1st left to stay on Ipswich Road. Continue along Ipswich Road (cross 3 roundabouts) until you get to a double mini-roundabout (Homebase will be immediately in front of you).

After double mini-roundabouts exit right at next mini-roundabout onto East Street. Go over a bridge and through one set of traffic lights. At next mini roundabout take the 1st exit on to Brook Street. Turn right at traffic lights on to Magdalen Street.

After double mini-roundabouts take 2nd exit (right) on to East Street. Go over a bridge and through one set of traffic lights.

At next mini-roundabout take 1st exit on to Brook Street. Turn right at traffic lights onto Magdalen Street.

DIRECTIONS – by train Trains run from London Liverpool Street to Colchester North regularly. They normally take about 1 hour.
