With your FREE Telkom Internet (TI) Mobile data allocaon, you will be able to use your mobile data from anywhere on any mobile device, such as a WiFi router, cellphone, tablet or 3G USB modem. The mobile data allocaon can be used on up to five Telkom SIM cards. You will also be able to connect and use the internet at home in the unlikely event that your DSL service is not working. How much FREE mobile data do you get per month?

All Telkom Internet SoCap and Uncapped products automacally receive a mobile data allocaon per month. The table below shows the amount of data available per Telkom Internet product:

How does it work?

It will only take a few simple steps to get surfing with your FREE TI Mobile data.

1. Purchase a Telkom Prepaid SIM card at any retailer or Telkom Store from as lile as 99c. Remember, you can add up to five SIM cards! Your first TI Mobile SIM card acvaon is free. Addional SIM card acvaons will be charged a once-off fee of R9.99 per SIM card. There’s no need to RICA the SIM cards – we will automacally link them to your profile on our systems.

2. Go to hps://customerportal.telkomsa.net/portal/overview/ to link up to five Telkom SIM cards. Click here for the instrucons.

3. Now you need to set up the mobile device(s) which you will use to access your TI Mobile data bundle. You must change your APN sengs to TelkomInternet. For detailed step-by-step instrucons on how to set up some devices to access your TI Mobile service, click here. If your device is not listed, please remember the principle of the APN sengs are the same on most devices. Just follow the simple steps. What if you run out of TI Mobile data?

No problem! You will be able to top up your TI Mobile data via hps://customerportal.telkomsa.net/portal/overview/. Please click here for step by step instrucons. You can purchase the required amount of data via the secure credit card purchase facility. For example, an addional 5GB of mobile data will only cost you R195 and will be valid unl the end of the next calendar month! How does this compare to what you are paying for mobile data? What if you have forgoen your internet portal username and/or password?

Go to hps://customerportal.telkomsa.net/portal/overview/ and click on the queson mark icon to recover your username or password. What to do if you require assistance with your TI Mobile data?

1. Please call 10210 free of charge from a landline for assistance. 2. Select Opon 1 for Fault logging. 3. Report your fault as “Telkom Internet fault”. 4. Describe your fault, e.g. Cannot connect using my TI Mobile SIM card. 5. Provide either your: 1. Telephone number for the Service (e.g. 0123100000); or 2. Telkom internet username, e.g. [email protected] / [email protected].
