Pickhardt Triple Gator George Pickhardt is founder and chairman of the board of Environmental Pest Service, LLC, a pest control and lawn care firm providing services in Florida since 1958 with recent expansions into Raleigh, N.C. and Atlanta, Ga. Mr. Pickhardt is the third generation of his family to have a leadership role in the industry. His company was named to the Gator100 in 2016 (#8) and 2017 (#13), making it one of the fastest growing Gator- owned or -led companies. A recognized leader in his industry, Mr. Pickhardt has served as a member and leader in the Florida Pest Management Association and Florida Pest Teaching. He has served on advisory boards for Control Association. He has also led the Sarasota the IFAS Florida Agricultural Council and Florida County Environmental Pest Management Advisory 4-H.
