Ongoing priorities will be re-evaluated and assessed against changing facility status, planning priorities, and as opportunities emerge to partner with other capital improvement projects or development initiatives to take advantage of efficiencies and concurrences. The estimates represent costing using current (2019) information and will be re-assessed during capital planning and budgeting cycles to ensure costing is updated to keep pace with projected cost escalation. Site servicing, development related off-site improvements, soft costs and contingencies are not included in the estimates below.
