On the hills of the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, 11.0-ha renowned winery with small accommodation business (up to 6 bedrooms). Vineyards are registered as Barolo DOCG (6.1613 ha), Barbera DOC (1.7562 ha) and Dolcetto DOC (1.0750 ha). Located a short distance from a town providing all the services, the property features a modern wine cellar capable of pro- ducing up to 65,000 bottles of wine per year. Other cities of Northern Italy are nonetheless reached in less than two hours (Bra, Novello, Grin- zane Cavour, Alba, Asti, Turin, Cuneo, Acqui Terme, Casale Monferrato, Genoa…). The most convenient airport is the one in Cuneo (37km; 40’) but the terminals of Turin, Genoa, Mi- lan and Bergamo are equally convenient.
