NEW ILLEGAL DUMPING SQUAD ’s newest Regional Illegal Dumping (RID) squad has hit the streets- targeting illegal dumpers. The Inner West RID squad, based at Bankstown City Council, has been formed in partnership with Auburn, Canada Bay, Canterbury and Strathfield Councils and the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA). NATIONAL TREE DAY Around 1,000 native plants have been planted at Carysfield Park in Bass Hill as part of National Tree Day on 27 July.
