Since late 2016, Google and its development partner Trammel Crow have spent over $220M in acquiring 22+ acres near Diridon Station. In June 2017, the City of San Jose City Council voted to enter into exclusive GOOGLE CAMPUS RENDERING negotiations with Google to sell 16 City owned cites totaling another 21 FUTURE SITE OF acres. This development would be truly transformative as it could support APPLE 1.2M SF more than 20,000 new employees across the 10 million square feet of CAMPUS new mixed-use, transit-oriented development, becoming Google’s largest worldwide campus. This development alone would double the Downtown San Jose’s office footprint.

OTHER MAJOR OFFICE DEVELOPMENTS
