Following the Government guidance on 23 March 2020, the Council had agreed to invoke the emergency decision making process that is identified in the Council’s Constitution to allow the Chief Executive to make all appropriate decisions and to allow for appropriate consultation. This decision will be reviewed should revised guidance on Local Government Decision making be issued that enables virtual meetings.
