Arnie Wade – Sweet stuff!

Caroline Carson, Director - Rosemary’s benne seed cookies crumbled over vanilla ice cream with Bulgarian rose honey! Caroline teaches at Central HS Magnet in Macon and is Dir. of Music at First Presbyterian in Milledgeville. She has served on the faculties of GC&SU and Shenandoah Conservatory. Caroline holds a BM in Music Education from the University of South Carolina and an MM in Conducting from Emory University. She is completing (eternally) her doctorate in Conducting at USC.

David Cole, Accompanist – Pound cake with boiled custard! David currently serves as Minister of Music at Hardwick Baptist Church in addition to assisting with the Singers Guild. He holds Church Music degrees in Organ and Voice from Furman & Samford Universities. David is in high demand as an Organist, Accompanist, Baritone soloist, and is an active member of the AGO. He is awesome to volunteer his time each week for the MSG

About the group…. Our singers come from all walks of life and give their time each Monday evening for the love of singing. Last year, the group performed magnificats by Jan Dismas Zelenka and Antonio Vivaldi, a sing-along Messiah program, and a concert of humor in choral music. The group has also performed Vivaldi’s Gloria, portions of Handel’s Messiah, half of ein Deustches Requiem by Brahms, and has given a poetry recital, We hope to increase our size and that you will consider singing with us! Spring rehearsals will be Mondays from 7:00 – 8:45 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church. The first rehearsal will be on January 9th.
