A 2 from Hanover; A 9 from Leipzig/Nurnberg

At the Dreieck Werder intersection (A 9) or Dreieck Potsdam intersection (A 2) turn onto the A 10 towards -Zentrum; Turn off at the Dreieck Nuthetal intersection onto the A115 towards Berlin-Zentrum (Zoo)/Berlin-Zehlendorf/Potsdam-Zentrum; At the Dreieck Funkturm exit, get onto the A100 towards Hamburg/; Keep left on the A100 and continue straight towards Wedding; The highway turns into Seestraße. Follow this road until Müllerstraße and turn right into this street; Müllerstraße becomes Chausseestraße and then Friedrichstraße. Turn left at the intersection with Unter den Linden; Unter den Linden 1 is the last building on the right before the Schlossbrücke bridge.

Alternative:

Turn off at the Dreieck Werder intersection (A 9) or Dreieck Potsdam intersection (A 2) onto the A 10 Towards Berlin-Zentrum; At the Dreieck Nuthetal exit, stay on the A115 towards Berlin-Zentrum (Zoo)/Berlin-Zehlendorf/Potsdam-Zentrum; At the Dreieck Funkturm exit, get onto the A100 towards Hamburg/Wedding; Turn off at the Kaiserdamm exit, follow the signs towards Kaiserdamm, turn left on Kaiserdamm (B 2/B 5); Take the B 2/B 5 straight to the , turn right into Ebertstraße; Turn left into Behrenstrasse; Turn left into Friedrichstraße Turn right onto Unter den Linden boulevard; Unter den Linden 1 is the last building on the right before the Schlossbrücke bridge.

NB: Option 1 is easier as you just follow the highway (A100) straight, turn right once (onto Müllerstraße), and continue driving straight all the way to Unter den Linden. However, there are a lot of traffic lights on this stretch, so option 2 may be quicker.

A 24 from Hamburg; A 11 from Prenzlau, Neubrandenburg

At the Dreieck Havelland intersection take the Berliner Ring A 10 and head towards Berlin – Zentrum; At the Dreieck intersection take the A 114, which leads directly into the city and becomes Prenzlauer Promenade (B 109); Keep going straight on the B 109; it leads to Unter den Linden boulevard.

A 12 from Frankfurt a. d. Oder; A 13 from Dresden

From the A 12: At the Dreieck Spreeau intersection take the A 10 Berliner Ring towards Dreieck Schönefelder Kreuz. At the Schönefelder Kreuz intersection, head onto the A 113.

From the A 13: This becomes the A 113 at Schönefelder Kreuz, stay on it.

From here for both: The A 113 leads onto the B96 towards Berlin-Zentrum; Follow the B 96 a very long way until you get to Köpenicker Straße; Towards the end of Köpenicker Straße turn right into Brückenstraße (Landmarks: Heinrich-Heine-Straße U-Bahn station); Turn left into Stralauer Straße; Turn left into Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, which leads to Unter den Linden boulevard.
