Please see further instructions for playing on a TV on page 3.

• Make sure your internet connection is strong: ◊ Make sure your internet browser is updated and test your internet download speed before the concert. ◊ A minimum internet download speed of 5 Mbps (megabits per second) for streaming or downloading is recommended. ◊ Not sure how fast your internet is? Do a quick test at https://testmy.net/download. ◊ If your Wi-Fi is slow, try limiting the number of devices connected to the network, or try a hard- wired Ethernet connection to the streaming device.

VIMEO COntrols

LIVE/PLAY/PAUSE: For a live event, make sure that the is in PLAY mode. Do not pause, or you may miss some of the live video. VOLUME: We suggest putting the video to full volume on Vimeo and then adjusting the volume on your device. FULL SCREEN: Click to make the video full screen. If you are having trouble making the video full screen on a phone or tablet, try opening the video in the Vimeo app instread. TO VIEW ON THE VIMEO WEBSITE OR APP: If you are viewing on a smartphone, tablet, or plan to watch the concert on a TV, the best way to view will be using the Vimeo app. Click the video title to be directed to the Vimeo website or app. 2 Chat Options If you would like to participate in the chat, enter your name and accept the terms of service. If you don’t want to see the chat, click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner and choose minimize.

Watching on a TV Chromecast AirPlay To cast a video to a Google Chromecast To AirPlay a video to an Apple TV or other AirPlay-capable device, an Android TV device, or a device with device using the Vimeo app for iOS, start playing a video Chromecast built-in, start playing a video within the iOS app, tap the AirPlay icon, and select the within the iOS or Android mobile app, tap the device where you want to play your video. Chromecast icon, and select your preferred device.

3 Using the Vimeo App on your Smart TV Download the Vimeo app from your TV’s app store

Vimeo supports the following SmartTV platforms: • Apple TV (4th generation and 5th generation/4K models running tvOS) Search for “Vimeo” in the App Store • Android TV devices (such as NVidia Shield TV, Sony TVs, Xiaomi Mi Box) Search for “Vimeo” in the Store • Amazon Fire TV devices Search for “Vimeo” on the Amazon Fire TV device, or visit the app listing here.

On the Vimeo app, search for Seraphic Fire channel and open the video.

If you are having trouble finding the video, open the link on your computer or mobile device and add it to your Watch Later list. Then go to your TV and find the Watch Later list on the Vimeo app.
