September 2019: I took part in the OSA / Sound Czech songwriting camp in the Czech republic. June 2019: Jennifer Haben of Beyond the Black appears on Vox TV Germany singing my song "Through the Mirror" (lyrics by me, music Ed Glumov) on the popular TV show Sing meinen Song. May 2019: Kiki Nam Nam's song "Jungle", written in the SUISA songwriting camp by K. Northrop, S. Heuberger, and C. Riesen has been released. May 2019: Beyond the Black (D) has released an official video of Through the Mirror. May 2019: Water has been selected for the Beyond Music album, which will be recorded at Studios La Fabrique in St. Remy, France, with US producer Larry Klein (Joni Mitchell, Tracy Chapman, etc.) April 2019: My collaboration "Water" has also won the Beyond Music Public Award! With over 15,000 votes, it's the project song that inspired listeners the most. February 2019: My collaboration "Water", with Eduard Glumov (KZ) Sheryl Gambo (CG) and Sandro Friedrich (CH) has won the 2nd Creativity Award in the Beyond Music Project, a musical world integration project initiated by the Beyond Foundation (Switzerland) and Tina Turner. June 2018: I'm taking part in the SUISA Eurovision songwriting camp again, in Powerplay Studios, Maur, Switzerland. Songwriters join forces to write potential songs for Switzerland's Eurovision entry.
April 2018: London-based singer/songwriter Sera Eke has just released a video for the song "White Room" from her second EP. I co-wrote the lyrics with her.
March 2018: A song I wrote with German film music composer George Kochbeck is appearing in a documentary about painter Klaus Fussmann, on NDR TV (Germany).
February 2018: A song I co-wrote in the Swiss Eurovision Songwriting Camp is now among the finalists in the Eurovision Preliminaries! "Kiss Me" will be performed by Naeman on SRF TV, Feb. 4.

May 2011: Dodo Hug (gold and platinum releases in Switzerland) begins her "Jokerwoman" tour. The title song was written by Kate Northrop (lyrics & music). The tour was announced with an interview and a short clip of the song on the Swiss TV- show Glanz & Gloria.

December 2009: Pop singer Me'Lany (CH) performs in the finale of the "Kleiner Prix Walo 2009" with lyrics by Kate Northrop. Recorded for Star TV's "Star Report" and SF1's "Glanz & Gloria"
August 2009: In the recording studio in Neuchatel with Swiss Electro-Band "A Virtual Friend"(coaching for English phrasing and lyric editing) and producer Pascal Brunkow.
