How to Register Easy online registration is available for all classes at www.smgov.net/reserve. Priority online registration for Santa Monica Residents runs November 11 (6 am) through November 17. Non-resident registration opens November 18. Spring Break camp registration opens February 3 for Santa Monica Residents, and February 10 for non-residents. To download a registration form, visit www.smgov.net/classes. Registration forms are accepted via email, fax, mail, or drop off.

Refunds & Transfers A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refund/transfer requests must be made in writing to the program supervisor in person or by fax, mail, or email. Class refunds and transfers will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Camp refunds will only be issued with medical documentation or if requested within 5 calendar days prior to the first meeting. Refunds will be prorated.

Cancellations A full refund will be granted if we cancel the program. All dates, times, locations, and instructors are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to combine classes as needed or cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment. Due to the organizational needs of group classes, we are not able to offer makeups for days missed by the student.

Material Fees are payable to the instructor in cash on the first day of class. Material fees are not discountable or refundable.
