La experiencia como gestora cultural plantea muchos interrogantes sobre las diferencias culturales, la comunicación y el espectáculo. En la primera parte de este documento el lector podrá acercarse al planteamiento de la tesis y del contexto de su origen. En la segunda parte, con base en la biografía citada al final de este documento, se aborda lo referente a las culturas, la traducción y la percepción. En los siguientes apartados se presentan una serie de conceptos relacionados con la creación artística. Nos centramos en las aportaciones de los investigadores del siglo XX y XXI. Analizamos el arte poniendo el énfasis en su percepción por los públicos internacionales y su posible rol en el dialogo intercultural. Otro capítulo lo dedicamos en su totalidad a la investigación práctica y trabajo de campo realizados con el objetivo de aportar datos imprescindibles para poder confirmar o descartar nuestra tesis. Se ha asegurado la presencia de los artistas catalanes tanto en los festivales internacionales y los medios de comunicación como en las redes sociales, los portales y las páginas web dedicadas a la música. En el último capítulo está dedicado a las conclusiones derivadas del análisis comparativo de resultados entre la investigación teórica y la praxis. El estudio que se ha realizado confirmó, como era de esperar, que el arte posee unas raíces muy profundas en las culturas locales de las cuales surge y a la vez dispone de la fuerza para despertar emociones en todos los seres humanos. Estas cualidades podrían convertirlo en un instrumento idóneo para mantener el diálogo intercultural. Sin embargo, para asegurar el entendimiento mutuo es necesaria la presencia de los gestores culturales y artísticos competentes. The experience as a cultural manager presents us many questions about cultural differences, communication and entertainment. In the first part of this paper the reader can find the main thesis of this document and the context of its origin. In the second part, based on the bibliography presented at the end of this document, we present some-several issues related to cultures, translation and perception. In the following paragraphs we present a number of concepts related to culture and artistic creation. We focus on researchers from 20th and 21st centuries/century. We analyze art with an emphasis on its perception by the international public and its possible role in intercultural dialogue.
