Administration building foundation poured 27/07/15, expect Indoor Training Facility to be available for use from 24/08/15. Currently working on budget to decrease expenses. When finished, Diamond Sports will be an amazing opportunity for players and spectators with any revenue shared with clubs. Aiming to make SABL more sustainable. Encouraged all to tour the facility.

Board rejected suggestion for tribunal matters and decisions to be uploaded onto Baseball SA website. League would like to project a positive playing condition and does not wish to have issues advertised. It was suggested that records of player suspensions should be shown in board minutes or on website. Board will take under advisement.

FURTHER QUESTIONS FROM THE FLOOR:

What is being expected from clubs with the increase of games for the season? Number of games per season increased, think-tank from previous years wished to decrease.

Concerns from Gawler Rangers Baseball Club Club concerned it has become a feeder club to other metro clubs. Club requested other clubs support so they have a chance to develop the club and their young players as they are still young club.

Competition Structure Correspondence has been sent to board for review – board yet to discussed. Will be tabled. Would like to see new clubs being formed.
