Join us at the Casper Recreation Center for an action-packed summer adventure! Kids age 5-13 will enjoy swimming, field trips, sports, games, arts and crafts, and more at our safe, structured, and supervised full day camp program. Smiles abound as the kids learn awesome skills, make new friends, and create their own special memories throughout this amazing summer experience. Cost of the program includes all field trips and special programs, lunch and afternoon snacks (provided by the Natrona County School District), and all activities.

Additional perks included when you sign up for the Full Camp option: Campers in the Monkeys, Frogs, Lions, and Fish groups (ages 5-8) will receive a full session of American Red Cross Swim Lessons, and all campers will receive a Summer Swim Pass valid in June, July, and August outside of camp hours at all City of Casper indoor and outdoor pools.

Register for the Full Camp program or for individual weeks. All registrations must be paid for at time of registration. Full Camp (June 14-August 20) is $895 per child (5% discount on additional child/children if registering more than one child in the family; valid only on Full Camp registrations). Weekly Camp options are $100 per child per week (does not include swim lessons or pass). Scholarships of up to $100 are available; please call for more info. DFS assistance is accepted; an appointment with Camp Director Jen Harvey (235-8382) or Recreation Coordinator, Lori Spearman (235-8473) must be made by May 16 to use this option. The Community Recreation Foundation will be hosting the 25th Annual Kids’ Fishing Day from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm at Yesness Pond located at 4100 SW Wyoming Boulevard. This free event is for kids age 14 and under, accompanied by their parents. Due to the popularity of this event and limited space, families with last name’s beginning with the letter A through M will fish from 9 am -12:00 pm and families with last names beginning with the letter N through Z will fish from 12:00-3:00 pm. Registration begins at 9:00 am. There will be goody bags for all fishing participants - no one leaves empty-handed! Prior to the start of the Fishing Day, Yesness Pond will be stocked with over 1500 catchable sized trout. If possible, participants should bring their own poles and lures/bait. North Platte Walleyes Unlimited will have a limited number of fishing poles and tackle at the event for those in need of gear. Sportsman’s Warehouse and Rocky Mountain Discount Sports will supply bait. Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions. Parking spaces are limited; overflow parking can be found at Crest Hill Elementary School located at 4445 S. Poplar.

FRIDAY, JULY 23

Highland Park / Casper Family Aquatic Center 9:30 am-12:30 pm

For Ages 5 - 13. This will be a fun-filled morning in the sun with a variety of activities including giant water slides, swimming, and more. Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult unless supervised by one of the summer recreation programs. Participants are requested to wear swim attire and plenty of sunscreen. Groups of over 10 children from daycare centers, summer recreation programs and other groups must pre-register for the event by calling Jen at 235-8382 by July 15.
