-1- KEPUTUSAN MENTERI KESEHATAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA NOMOR HK.01.07/MENKES/190/2019/MENKES/367/2017 TENTANG LOKUS PROGRAM INDONESIA SEHAT DENGAN PENDEKATAN KELUARGA TAHUN 2019 DENGAN RAHMAT TUHAN YANG MAHA ESA MENTERI KESEHATAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA, Menimbang : a. bahwa dalam rangka melaksanakan Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga di tingkat Puskesmas 2018 telah ditetapkan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor HK.01.07/Menkes/42/2018 tentang Lokus Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga Tahun 2018; b. bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam huruf a, perlu menetapkan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan tentang Lokus Program Indonesia Sehat Dengan Pendekatan Keluarga Tahun 2019; Mengingat : 1. Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2004 tentang Sistem Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 104, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 4421); -2- 2. Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2007 tentang Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Nasional Tahun 2005-2025 (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2007 Nomor 33, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 4700); 3. Undang-Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2009 Nomor 144, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 5063); 4. Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2014 Nomor 244, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 5587) sebagaimana telah beberapa kali diubah, terakhir dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 9 Tahun 2015 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2015 Nomor 58, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 5679); 5. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 2 Tahun 2018 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2018 Nomor 2); 6. Peraturan Presiden Nomor 72 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Kesehatan Nasional (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2012 Nomor 193); 7. Peraturan Presiden Nomor 2 Tahun 2015 tentang Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional Tahun 2015-2019 (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2015 Nomor 3); 8. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 75 Tahun 2014 tentang Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Berita Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2014 Nomor 1676); 9. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 64 Tahun 2015 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Kementerian Kesehatan (Berita Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2015 Nomor 1508); -3- 10. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 39 Tahun 2016 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga (Berita Negara Republik Indonesia tahun 2016 Nomor 1223); 11. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 19 Tahun 2017 tentang Pedoman Pendanaan Program Indonesia Sehat Dengan Pendekatan Keluarga (Berita Negara Republik Indonesia tahun 2017 Nomor 432); 12. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 4 Tahun 2019 tentang Standar Teknis Pemenuhan Mutu Pelayanan Dasar Pada Standar Pelayanan Minimal BIdang Kesehatan (Berita Negara Republik Indonesia tahun 2019 Nomor 68); MEMUTUSKAN: Menetapkan : KEPUTUSAN MENTERI KESEHATAN TENTANG LOKUS PUSKESMAS PROGRAM INDONESIA SEHAT DENGAN PENDEKATAN KELUARGA TAHUN 2019. KESATU : Menetapkan 3796 (tiga ribu tujuh ratus sembilan puluh enam) Puskesmas di 514 (lima ratus empat belas) kabupaten/kota, 34 (tiga puluh empat) provinsi sebagai perluasan Lokus Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga tahun 2019 sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Keputusan Menteri ini. KEDUA : Penetapan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Diktum KESATU digunakan untuk perencanaan dan pelaksanaan Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga. -4- KETIGA : Keputusan Menteri ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal ditetapkan. Rundbrief Dezember 2016 Dr. Uwe Hummel Indonesien Liebe Leserinnen und Leser Warum studiert jemand auf der indonesischen Insel Kalimantan Theologie? Welche Perspektiven gibt es in einer mehrheitlich konservativ-islamischen Gesellschaft für evangelische Pfarrer und Pfarrerinnen? Gibt es in der hiesigen evangelischen Kirche (GKE) angesichts gesellschaftlicher und ökologischer Ungerechtigkeit Mut zum «prophetischen Wort»? Können Amtsträgerinnen und Amtsträger einer Minderheits- religion Agents of Change (Vermittler des Wandels) sein? Um diesen und ähnlichen Fragen auf den Grund zu gehen, habe ich mich in diesem Semester bei Pfarrerinnen und Pfarrern der Evangelischen Kirche in Kalimantan (GKE) nach ihren Aktivitäten, Herausforderungen und Wünschen erkundigt. Schliesslich habe ich mich entschieden, den Scheinwerfer konkret auf eine Person und ihr direktes Umfeld zu richten: Pfarrerin Dr. Enta Malasinta. Sie ist eine sehr ge- schätzte Kollegin an der Theologischen Hochschule (STT GKE) und ich lasse sie in diesem Rundbrief zu Wort kommen. Kindheit einer Pfarrerstochter Enta Malasinta: «Am 4. Oktober 1975 wurde ich in Kolonodale, im Landkreis Poso auf der indonesischen Insel Sulawesi (Celebes) geboren. Meine beiden Eltern sind Theo- logen. Wegen ihrer Pfarrdienste musste ich mit ihnen mehrmals den Wohnort wech- seln: von Kolonodale nach Poso und Pendolo auf Sulawesi. Später eine Zeitlang nach Kalimantan (Tamianglayang und Banjarmasin), die Heimat meiner Mutter. Einige Jahre später ging es wieder zurück nach Sulawesi (Palu und Poso), die Heimat meines Vaters. Das ständige Hin und Her meiner Kindheit hatte den Vorteil, dass ich viele unter- schiedliche Kulturen kennenlernte.

Identification on the similarities of construction leads us to an understanding of the phenomenon of the spread used in recent times.

Through a phenomenological and analytical approach, the various issues were considered originating from the intellectual unrest and the Minangkabau community in a contextual-interpretative form. This study obtained interesting findings, namely that multicultural local wisdom in addition to being accommodative, integrative, and showing mutually reinforcing relationships, is also lending to the social, intellectual, and emotional behavior of the Minangkabau community, and can stem Islamophobia. Meanwhile, Salafi groups, which are pro-religion minus custom, have an exclusive, dichotomous, and textual view, do not create multicultural attitudes, and often lead to anti-Islamic sentiments. This article established the argument that the analysis of multicultural local wisdom can present social situations and provided an analogy to an open and dynamic situation in a more comprehensive manner; the link between the two is represented through an unlimited wealth of local wisdom treasures. These findings also showed that the contextualization of local wisdom to stem Islamophobia has been working without friction. Conversely, new movements that have emerged recently, such as Salafi, can become a multicultural threat.

[email protected] ABSTRACT Traditional architecture is the expression of the human creation which is one of the element cultures grow and evolve along with the growth and development of the cultural community, ethnic, or nation that elements in form persist for a long time frame but accordance with the development and growth of a community or ethnic pertinent. Toba Batak society has known the residential area as they lived, called Huta (village). The district is a territorial form of Tobanese. In one Huta, there are several houses and barns. Currently Huta was much abandoned and some of them still stay to make alteration in shape of the buildings they occupied. Alteration times give occasion to good changes, whether it caused by internal factors as well as external factors and indirectly will fade and mixed completely as one. The movement culture process in Toba Batak has given occasion to the movement culture that contained in the traditional architecture as well, such as alteration of the building physical that began to change in accordance with current needs. It is necessary to anticipate of these alterations by doing some adjustments. To find out the alteration that happened in the Toba Batak Traditional Architecture then conducted observations in the field so that will obtained whatever that influence these alterations mentioned and is there any part of the culture that still maintained.
