International Journal of Molecular Biology: Open Access Research Article Open Access Bio-guided isolation, chemical purification, identification, antimicrobial and synergistic efficacy of extracted essential oils from stem bark extract of Spondias mombin (Linn). Abstract Volume 4 Issue 4 - 2019 The purpose of this research work is to bio-guided isolate, purify, chemical identification, antimicrobial and Synergistic efficacy of extracted essential oils from ethyl acetate extract Oludare Temitope Osuntokun,1 Gamberini of Spondias mombin. The ethyl acetate stem bark extract of Spondias mombin were air- M Cristina2 dried, chopped into smaller pieces and cold extracted exhaustively with ethylacetate.
