Our mission is to produce, analyze, and deliver mely and reliable workforce informaon and stascs to assist in decision‐making for those planning economic development iniaves, for educaon and training providers, and for job seekers and students who are seeking guidance in making career choices. In support of these efforts, the Office of Research is pleased to provide the 2015 InformaƟon for Workforce Investment Planning. This publicaon contains a variety of data on Conneccut and each of the state’s five Workforce Development Areas including populaon and populaon density, labor force, employment and wages by industry sector, and new housing permits. In addion, detailed informaon on residents in need of workforce investment services such as high school dropouts, Medicaid recipients, adult probaoners, Temporary Family Assistance (TFA) recipients, and other residents with barriers to employment is included. The 2015 InformaƟon for Workforce Investment Planning also includes appendix tables and historical data on the aforemenoned topics for comparisons and trends analysis. Data sources are cited on each appendix table, which includes other State agencies, the Conneccut Department of Labor and the U.S. Census Bureau.     Connecticut Food Bank ic of ou ting the fabr r communi onnec ty C 2013–2014 ANNUAL REPORT Message from our former President Dear Friends, 2014 was a milestone year in the 32-year history of Connecticut Food Bank. In June we broke ground for a new distribution center in Wallingford, CT, and shortly after I announced my decision to retire at the end of the year. Many of you have been working alongside me in the fight against hunger for many years. When we first started, a few hundred thousand pounds of food were being distributed to 70 food pantries, soup kitchens and shelters annually. With your help, Connecticut Food Bank has grown to distribute more than 20 million pounds of food last year to nearly 700 food-assistance programs throughout Connecticut. I want you to know that Connecticut Food Bank is positioned well into the future. Once the new distribution center is open and operational, it will enable Connecticut Food Bank to better serve hungry families. With greater efficiencies, the larger facility and increased refrigerated space, Connecticut Food Bank can accept and distribute more fresh food to people in need, add new programs and enhance current ones, increase partnerships with local growers and food manufacturers, and accommodate more volunteers. The number of meals distributed will double over the next 10 years. Food banking has been my passion for the last 30 years, and my decision to retire at the end of the year was not an easy one. But you can be assured that my successor, Rob Levine, a very experienced and knowledgeable leader, will ensure the continued success of Connecticut Food Bank’s mission as the organization prepares to move into a new distribution center in 2015.

To get current information about network pharmacies in your area, or if you need further information, contact Customer Service at the number listed on the back of your Part D member ID card. Introduction To get a complete description of your prescription coverage, including how to fill your prescriptions, please review the Evidence of Coverage and your plan Formulary. If you have additional questions, please call Customer Service at the number listed on the back of your Part D member ID card. We call the pharmacies on this list our “network pharmacies” because we have made arrangements with them to provide prescription drugs to Plan members. A network pharmacy is a pharmacy where beneficiaries obtain prescription drug benefits provided by your Medicare Prescription Drug Plan. In most cases, your prescriptions are covered under your Plan only if they are filled at a network pharmacy or through our mail order pharmacy service. Once you go to one, you are not required to continue going to the same pharmacy to fill your prescription. You can go to any of our network pharmacies.
