Your Off-Campus Commuting Options Use Your U-PASS – Ride for FREE! UCONN students can ride most transit services in Connecticut for FREE using your U-Pass and valid student ID. CTtransit 313 – West Broad Street provides the most service to campus, with service to the Stamford Transportation Center. Bus: CTtransit 311 – Port Chester provides service to Greenwich and Port Chester. CTtransit 971 – I-Bus Express provides service to White Plains (does not accept U-Pass). CTtransit 341 – Norwalk provides service to Darien and Norwalk. New Haven Line (Metro-North) provides service to Stamford Station. Use New Haven Line (Metro-North) to travel to New Haven for connections to CTrail Hartford Line (Hartford, Springfield) and CTrail Shore Line East (New London). The station is a short walk away, or use CTtransit 351 to get Rail: there. U-Pass is not valid on Amtrak (except Amtrak trains between New Haven and Springfield, excluding the Vermonter).
