July 18, 2002 11:00 a.m. Victory 21 National Championship Regatta* Allocation of entrants into A & B divisions shall be the responsibility of the class, except Handicap Keel/PHRF, which allocation shall be determined by July 19, 2002 11:00 a.m. Victory 21 National Championship and the Chairman and Race Committee based on pre-registrations. Santana 20 Western Regional Championship* PHRF boats with 5 or more pre-registered entrants may sail as a class. July 19, 2002 3:00-6:00 p.m. Welcome Reception/ Tent Open for Check-In Race packets will include Instructions and Race Course Charts with July 20, 2002 8:00 a.m. Tent Open for Check-in & Registration revised courses. Racing will be governed by the Rules of Sailing (2001- July 20, 2002 10:00 a.m. Skippers Meeting 2004). However, please refer to Sailing Instructions for starting system.

July 20, 2002 11:00 a.m. Race #1 (Race #2 will follow approx 15 min. Races will be scored using the Low Point System. All races count. after last boat finishes) Personal flotation is required by the U.S. Forest Service and must be worn at July 20, 2002 6:30 p.m. Regatta Banquet all times while racing.
