The applicants have demonstrated that a comprehensive analysis of the sites accessibility has been carried out, explaining the applicant’s justification for the additional car parking; and a draft Travel Plan has also been submitted, setting out measures to be implemented to reduce dependency on cars and improve accessibility by other forms of transport. There is no evidence that that would be any significant adverse effects on highway safety.
