Assemblyman Ken Cooley, former Rancho Cordova City Council member, was awarded with the League of California Cities Distinguished Legislative Leadership Award at a recent city council meeting. Tim Cromartie, League Legislative Representative, and Mayor David Sander presented plaques to Assemblyman Cooley in recognition of the award.
