To thousands of devotees of God’s light the world around, decreeing has become a “joyful noise unto the LORD.” During the past decade, those who have sought the true teachings of the Word of God have found the science of decreeing to be one of the most effective forms of meditation—a meditation that is majestically fulfilled through the power of the spoken Word. In this book we present the teachings of the ascended masters of the Great White Brotherhood1 who have in- structed their disciples in the lost art of invocation which was practiced on Atlantis and Lemuria. More than twelve thousand years ago in the temples of these lost continents, priests and priestesses of the sacred fire made invocation to the flame of life, applying the principles of the Science of the Spoken Word. This science, which has been practiced for many cen- turies by adepts in the Far East and by Western mystics as well, outlines the uses of the voice in conjunction with the throat chakra in the giving of mantras, chants, prayers, invocations, affirmations, songs of joy and praise, and fiats of light to increase the action of benign forces on xii “Make a Joyful Noise unto the LORD!” the planetary body and in the world of individual man. The ascended masters who are releasing their teachings to their disciples throughout the world in this age of Aquarius’s dawning are God-free beings whose souls have reunited with the Spirit of God that is known as the I AM Presence. In all ages there have been those among mankind who have made the ritual of the divine reunion their goal in life. To that end they have applied to the Master Alchemist, Almighty God himself, to transmute the limitations of time and space and to take dominion over the planes of earth. For them the quest for self-knowledge has been an all- consuming passion. Surmounting every obstacle, they have charted the course of Truth. Through the shadowed valleys and over the rugged peaks of life, they have gone forth to conquer the illusions of the lesser self. And by their overcoming, they have left an irrefutable statement of the potential of man to fulfill his cosmic destiny. Beholding their triumph, we affirm, “What man has done, man can do.” Following the path that the great avatars have walked, they have proved the laws, the mathematics, the formulas, and the principles that as causation undergird the world of effects in which we live. They have fulfilled a mission of Christhood, and they have won thereby their immortal freedom. Because they have mastered time and space by applying the same laws which Jesus and others have proved, they are called masters. Because they have ascended into the Presence of God as Jesus did when “he was taken up and a cloud received him out of their sight,”2 they are referred to as ascended masters. The “cloud” into which they have all ascended is the mystical Presence of the I AM which Moses beheld in the bush The Messengers xiii that burned but was not consumed and who identified himself as the “I AM that I AM.”3 These masters are the saints and sages of all ages— the priest-kings, the prophet-seers, the scientist-philoso- phers—who have risen from every walk of life and from every continent. Included in their ranks are Gautama Buddha, Lord Maitreya, Kuan Yin, Confucius, El Morya, Kuthumi, Djwal Kul, and others from the Far East. In the West we have seen Elijah, Elisha, Enoch, Moses, Zarathustra, Jesus the Christ, Mary the Mother, John the Beloved, Saint Francis of Assisi, Joan of Arc, Saint Thérèse, and Saint Germain, not to mention that modern saint and soul of valor Pope John XXIII and countless unnamed devotees who have graduated from earth’s schoolroom with honors. We who look forward to our own matriculation have a great opportunity today to walk in the footsteps of those who have already overcome the world. To those who would follow him in the Way, Jesus gave words of comfort, and hope for their own ultimate reunion with God. These words are the promise of every master of the Great White Brotherhood to his disciples, for the law of hierarchy is the law of evolution whereby the lesser is always destined to become the greater. “Be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”4 Rejoice! Because I have overcome the world, you, too, can overcome by demonstrating the same laws which I have demonstrated. “He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do, because I go unto my Father.”5 If you believe in the potential of the Christ within me whereby I have worked the works of God on earth, then you can work those xiv “Make a Joyful Noise unto the LORD!” same works by the action of your own Christ-potential. Because I have become one with the Source of all life in the ritual of the ascension, because I have ascended “to my God and your God,”6 you can do even greater works, for I will multiply the momentum of your victorious overcoming by the full power of my own. “Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.”7 Because the Father, the Source of life, is perfect and we have become one with the Father by applying the perfection of his laws, you, too, can be perfected in that same oneness if you will but make the mark of perfection your goal. Thus the ascended masters are the true teachers of mankind who stand waiting at the portal of consciousness to instruct each seeker on the Path who is sincere. Their appearance in this age is the fulfillment of the LORD’s prophecy given to Isaiah “Yet shall not thy teachers be moved into a corner any more, but thine eyes shall see thy teachers.”8 It has been said, “When the pupil is ready, the teacher appears.” You who read this book may discover that you are the pupil and that you have made yourself ready at this point in your evolution to enter into a direct rela- tionship with one or more of the ascended masters as their disciple on the homeward way. By carefully following the steps of initiation which they have outlined for the path of self-mastery, you can overcome the world and work the works of the Christ on earth. You can approximate perfection not only because perfection is an attainable goal, but because it is the only valid goal in the universe. We know this to be cosmic law, because the masters who have gone before us have not only affirmed it, but they have proven it by their example. The Messengers xv

One of the most important and vital techniques of self-mastery taught by the Brotherhood is the science of invocation, which includes the art of decreeing. By em- ploying this method of expanding consciousness which is thoroughly explained in this book, you can bring yourself into closer proximity with the flame of life that is within your own being and ultimately experience the baptism of the sacred fire foretold by John the Baptist when he spoke of the coming Christ, “He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire.”9 All of the writings of the masters set forth in this book, including the “Heart, Head, and Hand Decrees,” were delivered by the hierarchy of ascended masters to Mark and Elizabeth Prophet, who, as messengers for the Great White Brotherhood, have released the higher teaching to the world for many decades. Under the direction of the Ascended Master El Morya, Chief of the Darjeeling Council of the Great White Brotherhood, Mark L. Prophet founded The Summit Lighthouse in 1958 in Washington, D.C., for the purpose of publishing and disseminating the message of the ascended masters. Elizabeth was called by El Morya to sup- port him in the mission in 1961. Together they have con- ducted classes and conferences throughout the United States and the world, journeying to Europe, the Middle and Far East, Africa, and South America with disciples of the masters, teaching and lecturing along the way. Numerous volumes have been dictated to the messengers by members of the Brotherhood, including Pearls of Wisdom, which are weekly letters from the masters to their chelas throughout the world, Keepers of the Flame Lessons, containing graded instruction in cosmic law for members of the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity, and xvi “Make a Joyful Noise unto the LORD!”

Book I of Climb the Highest Mountain, a series of thirty- three chapters being published as the Everlasting Gospel representing the culmination of the Prophets’ twelve-year mission together on earth. On February 26, 1973, Mark L. Prophet took leave of this plane, as he prophesied he would, and made his ascension to become a member of the brotherhood of ascended masters serving the earth during this period of world change. Elizabeth remains in embodiment holding the office of Mother of the Flame on behalf of mankind and holding the spiritual focus for The Summit Light- house and Church Universal and Triumphant, whose inter- national headquarters are located in Corwin Springs, Montana. Thus the two witnesses of the Word of God, anointed to deliver to the age the wisdom of the masters, are mak- ing available to all who will hear the true knowledge of the Christ which Jesus gave to the inner circle of devotees who often gathered in the Upper Room both before and after his resurrection. The compendium of cosmic law released to them, including techniques of self-mastery which have been taught heretofore only in the retreats of the Brotherhood, will provide every man and woman with the understanding of his own Christ Self, his own I AM Presence, and his status as a God-free being in this his own native universe. The revelations given to the Prophets are the fulfillment of the prophecy of Jeremiah concerning the cove - nant which the LORD promised he would make with the house of Israel: “After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts and write it in their hearts and will be their God, and they shall be my people. And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour The Messengers xvii and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”10 The writing on the ancient temple wall “Man, know thyself” is a recurrent challenge to every soul. Regard- less of race, creed, religion, nation, or caste into which he was born, every soul, if he would be free from the bondage of self, must one day accept the challenge to know himself as he really is—a manifestation of dynamic love, a cell in the body of God. It is the supreme desire of the Godhead to give to you, because you are a facet of his own evolving consciousness, the key to self-knowledge that will enable you to unlock the full potential of your Christed being. This key that will release the energy, the intelligence, and the motivation of your own self-mastery is the call that compels the answer. To unlock the energies of your Real Self, then, is the goal of effective decreeing. You will never know until you try just how much of God’s light you can actually draw forth into manifestation in the world of form. If you are open-minded, honest, and impartial, will- ing to experiment with the science of invocation as a hypothesis of cosmic law, then enter the laboratory of the Spirit and follow the instructions of the masters. For only by so doing will you ever prove to your own satis- faction that decrees do work. Truly, you will never know until you try. Peace be unto you as you pursue the glorious fulfillment of the power, wisdom, and love of the spoken Word. “Make a joyful noise unto the LORD!” Terminology

AUM

The sacred word AUM releases the frequency of the Word, the same Word that went forth as the origin of creation. The ancients knew the power of the word. Civilizations have risen and fallen in the power of the spoken word. The mantras of the East, sacred intona- tions, have come down for hundreds of thousands of years from priests and priestesses of Lemuria. And all that comes forth comes out of the sacred AUM. We follow the ray of the sun back to the fiery core. We follow the light within the heart back to the sun of the Presence. When we affirm the word AUM, we affirm true being. To affirm that being is to become that being. To declare that being is to know who I AM. The sacred AUM that we intone is the indestructible sound. It is the immensity. Out of the AUM comes our oneness. The sound of the Word—the Word of the sound. It is a Sanskrit word. It means “I bow, I agree, I accept . . .” AUM! I bow before the LORD God Almighty and I agree that I am his beloved son. I accept my immortal destiny. I accept my reason for being. I accept my re- sponsibility to be. AUM. I accept the components of my reality. I accept the flame as God within me. AUM is the most abstract and yet the most concrete AUM xix symbol of divinity. It is an instrument of self-realization. It is yours to keep. It is released from your heart by the breath of God. No mechanical instrument, no machine, not the might of civilization, can equal the AUM. Only you can intone the AUM, because you are God in manifestation. Out of this one eternal syllable all that exists comes forth. All that comes forth returns to the AUM. The AUM is spelled A-U-M, and each of the letters stands for a component of our divinity. Each letter is intended to be sounded separately. When we blend the trinity, we intone simply the AUM. Past, present, and future form the Trinity. We are all that we are as past, as present, as future realization of the AUM. In the East, the Hindus refer to the Trinity as Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva; and in the West—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The concept is the same. The A comes forth from Alpha (our Father)—as the initiator, the creator, The Beginning—the origin of spi- rals of consciousness, of being. It is the thrust of power. The M is the OM of Omega (our Mother), the conclusion, The End ing—one with the Holy Spirit as the inte- grator and the disintegrator of form and formlessness. AUM. Thus, the positive and negative polarities of being are pronounced by Elohim across the span of cosmos for the sustainment of the worlds. From the A to the OM, all of the vastness of creation is contained. And the U in the center is the cup of creation cradling You, the Real Self, the Anointed One, the Christed One, the Buddha of the Light—you in universal manifestation, in particular manifestation. A-U-M. The Trinity in Unity. You, the centerpiece—the master- piece—the unity of the One and the Word, the fulcrum and the nexus. The universal Christ is the power of xx Terminology preservation, of concentration, of cohesion as identity. From the thrust of the Father to the return of the Mother, you are embraced as the identity of their love. AUM.

I AM THAT I AM

Thousands of years ago, the initiation of this action of the law of the AUM was given to Moses, and we still hold that sacred fire and that legacy as when Moses saw the white-fire core of his own being objectified in the bush that was aflame but was not consumed. And the voice out of the bush declared Self-awareness—being that proceeded from the fiery core and declared our God- identity, “I AM WHO I AM.” Let us think of ourselves in that barren country where Moses was. In the name of the I AM THAT I AM, let us travel back in akasha, in the records of time and space written upon the ethers, and let us stand upon that holy ground where Moses stood. Let us hear with the hearing of the inner ear the eternal sound of the Creator: I AM THAT I AM. Let each one commune within the chamber of the heart to hear the voice of God speaking. And now let us give answer unto the Lord of Creation, the law of creation, within our hearts: I AM THAT I AM. When we speak our mantras from the heart and we feel the flow of the intensity of the sacred fire of the heart and we commune one to another in the response of love, we feel the mounting of the flame that is our common light, our one light. The ascended masters of the Great White Brotherhood teach their chelas to go within to the fiery core, to dip into I AM THAT I AM xxi the fountain of light with the sacred AUM, to tarry there as Jesus did when he withdrew from the multitudes and went to a place set apart. And they teach us to come forth in the name of God—by that name “I AM THAT I AM.” Therefore, the cycle of the AUM and the I AM THAT I AM which we chant gives the alternating current of going within to the Father, coming out with the Mother. This fiat of being is the name of God. And more than a name, it contains the energy of creation. The first I AM stands for the letter A in the AUM. It is God as Alpha declaring, “I AM.” The THAT stands for the U, the tran- sition, the passing of energy unto Omega in the second I AM—the Trinity again expressed. It is God on high declaring, “I AM THAT I AM. I AM that manifestation below which I AM above. As above so below, I AM that I am.” It is God above in the person of the beloved “I AM” Presence affirming that as in heaven, so on earth God is the flame burning on the altar of our hearts. When we say, “I AM THAT I AM,” the I who is speaking is not the lesser self but the Greater Self. God within us is saying, “I AM THAT I AM.” For who but God within has the authority to declare being, consciousness, Self-awareness? Can the clay speak? Can the vessel dance without the flame? Can the leopard change his spots? Can the outer form be anything but the instrument of the inner flame? Only God can make a tree, as the poet said. Only God can create and uncreate the worlds. Let us let Him speak through us, “I AM THAT I AM.” Let us let him pronounce his sacred name. And when he does we shall answer him saying, “Yea, LORD, I am that ‘I AM.’” Definitions of the Spoken Word the Prayer: a devout petition to, or any form of spiritual communion with, God or an object of worship; a spiritual communion with God or an object of worship, as in supplication, thanksgiving, adoration, or confession; a formula or sequence of words used in or appointed for praying: the Lord’s Prayer; a petition, entreaty. the Invocation: the act of invoking or calling upon a deity, spirit, etc., for aid, protection, inspiration, or the like; supplication; any petitioning or supplication for help or aid; a form of prayer invoking God’s presence, said especially at the beginning of a public ceremony; a call to God or to beings who have become one with God to release power, wisdom, and love to mankind or to intercede in their behalf; supplication for the flow of light, energy, peace, and harmony to come into mani - festation on earth as it is in heaven. the Mantra: a mystical formula or invocation; a word or formula, often in Sanskrit, to be recited or sung for the purpose of intensifying the action of the Spirit of God in man. the Chant: a short, simple melody, especially one characterized by single notes to which an indefinite number of syllables are intoned, used in singing the psalms, canticles, etc., in the church service. In both East and West, the name of God is chanted over and over again in the ritual of atonement whereby the soul of man becomes one with the Spirit of God Definitions of the Spoken Word xxiii

by intonation of the sound of His name. This is given in Sanskrit as AUM or AUM TAT SAT AUM and in English as I AM THAT I AM. By sounding the name of God or that of a member of the heavenly hosts, the vibration of the being is simulated and thereby Being itself is drawn to the one chanting. Therefore chants, when properly used, mag- netize the Presence, whether universal or individual- ized, of the Divine Consciousness. the Decree: n. a foreordaining will, an edict or fiat, a foreordaining of events. To decree: vb. to decide, to declare, to command or enjoin; to determine or order; to ordain. The decree is the most powerful of all applications to the Godhead. It is the command of the son or daughter of God made in the name of the I AM Pres- ence and the Christ for the will of the Almighty to come into manifestation as above, so below. It is the means whereby the kingdom of God becomes a reality here and now through the power of the spoken Word. It may be short or long and usually is marked by a formal preamble and a closing, or acceptance. the Fiat: an authoritative decree, sanction, order; a pronounce - ment; a short dynamic invocation or decree usually using the name of God, I AM, as the first word of the fiat, e.g., I AM the Way! I AM the Truth! I AM the Resurrection and the Life! Fiats are always exclamations of Christ-power, Christ-wisdom, and Christ-love consciously affirmed and accepted in the here and now. xxiv Definitions of the Spoken Word the Affirmation: assertion that something exists or is true; confirmation or ratification of the truth; solemn declaration. Affirmations are fiats which may be of greater length and more specific detail. They affirm the action of Truth in man—in his being, consciousness, and world. They are used alternately with denials of the reality of evil in all of its forms. Likewise, they affirm the power of Truth that challenges the activities of the fallen ones. the Call: n. a demand, a claim, a request or command to come or be present; an instance of asking for something; the act of summoning the LORD, or the LORD’s summoning of his offspring. “And the LORD God called unto Adam and said unto him, Where art thou?” (Gen. 3:9) “Out of Egypt have I called my son!” (Matt. 2:15) To call: vb. to speak in a loud or distinct voice so as to be heard at a distance; to recall from death or the astral plane, e.g., “Lazarus, come forth!”; to utter in a loud or distinct voice; to announce or read loudly or authoritatively. Hail, Friends of Freedom! Hail, lightbearers of the ages! Hail, O America! Hail, O earth! Hail to the freedom flame in every heart and in all life throughout cosmos! I AM come to salute the light of the I AM THAT I AM within you and to give to you a vision to forge your God-identity. I AM the keeper of the flame of freedom for every nation. Saint Germain you have called me, and Uncle Sam. I AM he, and I AM here! I AM in the flame of the holy science and of that religion which is yours to claim as the sacred fire within your heart. Path who have kept for you the vision of freedom throughout all ages. Since the days of Lemuria and Atlantis, since the days of the coming of the Buddha and the Christ and the children of Israel who crossed the Red Sea and made their way through the wilderness land until the promise was fulfilled, so the hosts of the LORD have come through the teachers and prophets and messengers of the ages. Think you then that God cannot also reveal himself in this day and age as he did before? Our God is indeed a consuming fire, and that fire is the baptism of the Holy Ghost within you. And this is the age of that baptism and of the coming of the violet flame for your freedom from every form of bondage over the mind, the soul, the heart, and the being of man. I AM here to claim freedom for man and woman and child and for every heart on earth that beats with the heart of Almighty God. I AM with the people of the [former] Soviet Union,* of China, of America, and Africa. I AM with the peoples who are striving for that freedom which is the discipline of liberty under the law of God and not that license for the indulgence in the carnal mind. Yes, I AM a follower of Christ. I AM a sponsor of the Christ within you, and he too is my Saviour. And thus the Lord Jesus with me serves now to be with the hosts of the LORD the open door for freedom in America and in every nation. This is that open door which no man can shut. But I tell you, people of earth, it is up to you to claim that freedom. For as ever before, the fallen ones who have invaded the governments and the economies of the nations are ever present as the spoilers to take from you your God-ordained liberty. *In 1991 the Soviet Union was split into 15 independent republics, including Russia. Therefore I say, claim it in the name of the I AM THAT I AM! Claim it and be then one with God, the majority vote for freedom on earth! For what is peace without freedom?—this I ask you. And let every leader of every nation ponder in his heart this day what is that peace that has not the freedom to be or to worship God as the Divine Self of every soul. Yes, I come—a believer and a teacher of the law of reincarnation. If it were not so, I would have told you. The law of the coming again and again of the soul is your cosmic justice. It is your opportunity to prove the law and to earn that salvation that is the ascension in the light. This is the goal of true religion. It is the binding of the soul to God in freedom. This is the great proof which our Lord Jesus Christ gave in his ascension.* But it is yours also to claim and it is yours to claim for your nation, people of earth. Understand, then, that this earth is intended to be governed by the souls of light. Therefore, souls of light, I speak to you this night. Take your place in government and stand for truth and stand for freedom! And this is the true and the only revolution that you can espouse. It is that cause of freedom whereby you understand that the goal and the calling of America and every true free nation is to lead mankind into that way of higher consciousness. It is a revolution of light that will allow all that is not aright on earth to be righted by the law of freedom and by that baptism of the sacred fire. Understand, then, that it is movement to the Great God Self within that is your salvation in this age—that all problems of the economy, the ecology, and the government can be resolved if you will take only ten *See p. 200 n. 2. 41 • Saint Germain’s Mantra for the Aquarian Age minutes each day to go within and to find your own God Self, to meditate and to use the Science of the Spoken Word whereby you chant the mantra of the free: I AM a being of violet fire! I AM the purity God desires! This is my mantra which I give to you as your initiation into the Aquarian age. Will you not repeat it with me now? I AM a being of violet fire! I AM the purity God desires! When you use the name of God to claim the I AM as God’s being and be-ness within you, then you have that claim to all which follows, and therefore you can take the mantra of Jesus Christ, “I AM the way, the truth, and the life,” and you may participate in that glorious life that he lived. See, then, that the cycles turn; that as Christ came to teach you that the Christ lives within you, so I AM come to sponsor the nations that each individual nation under God might find that Christ is the center and the consciousness of that sacred labor that it is the destiny of each free nation to pursue. Let the nation, then, be the identity of the collective Christ consciousness in this age. Let individuality be found in the community of the Holy Spirit as nation by nation the children of God on earth forge their God- identity. Therefore I say to you, in the name of the LORD, the Almighty One, the great God of Freedom to the earth: Forge your God-identity!

I bring to you now the energies of the sacred heart of Jesus, the energies of the sacred heart of Mary, and of my own heart’s consecration to the way of freedom. Saint Germain 5

I bring to you the knowledge of the sacred fire and the threefold flame that beats your very own heart. The threefold flame is the gift of life. It is your opportunity for Selfhood, for reality. And it is your joint- heirship with the Christ, who proved himself to be the incarnation of the Word, as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit were the heartbeat and the energy of his ministry. Behold, then, the chart of your own I AM Presence* —[the Presence objectified in the burning bush] which was revealed to Moses as the I AM THAT I AM. Behold the individualization of the God flame whereby you can claim oneness with the Most High. Behold, then, your own Christ principle, your own Christ Self, living as the Mediator and as the one who is able to forgive and to forgive and to forgive. Understand, then, that the Christ is one, the only begotten Son, and yet that Christ, that one, that light in Jesus, the true light that lighteth every man that cometh into the world, is the body of God that is fragmented and repeated again and again and again for every incoming soul. And therefore the potential to be Christ is with you at the moment of your birth, at the moment when the Holy Spirit breathes the breath of life into your temple. In that hour you have once again the opportunity to know the Self as God, the I AM THAT I AM, and to know the Self as Christ. And the sacred fire that lives within you is the Holy Spirit. And when you meditate upon that flame as power, wisdom, and love, I tell you that flame will leap, it will burst forth and fill all the house, all of the temple of your being. And then you will feel the power of a cosmos surging through you, and then you will know how the few and then the many will go forth for the saving of the nations for Almighty God. For we would that all nations and all peoples would come under the God-dominion of the Christ. And therefore we serve—angelic beings, archangels, and Elohim. We serve to set mankind free. We serve to teach mankind the law of their own immortality. We serve only to free you to be all that God has vouchsafed to you through the great teachers of East and West who have come over the thousands of years of earth’s evolutions. Not all that was passed from Jesus Christ to the disciples has been recorded for your use. And therefore it is up to us to return to you, through our messenger, that sacred teaching of the Christ whereby you too can be free, whereby you can work the works of the apostles and those who are called to be representatives of the Lord. I say to you, people of light, accept your mission of the ages! Accept your role as the ones who are the pro- tectors of freedom on earth. This indeed is America’s destiny—to teach a way of life that is a form of government whereby each threefold ﬂame and every living soul may commune with God and out of that com munion evolve one vote and cast that vote for freedom. So let it be that this understanding of the inner communion is the foundation of God-government of the people, by the people, and for the people that shall not per- ish from the earth1 if this nation, America, shall rise again to her God-destiny in this age and shall forge that unity that is sponsored by the Archangel Michael who comes for the deliverance, who comes to unite you, and who comes with a message: “Remember, ye are brethren!”2 Saint Germain 7

Therefore let brethren unite for the glorious victory of the Christ, for the Second Coming of Jesus and the coming again of the gracious Lord Buddha, Lord of the World and giver of the flame of life to all peoples. So let the understanding of the convergence of the teachings of East and West be the forte of the God-identified man. And let souls who love the flame of purity now acquaint them- selves with the flame of Mother,3 and let that Mother of cosmos nourish once again new life and the new birth. O Mother Liberty,4 raise your torch high and wel- come all souls of light to America and to earth, and reveal the Book of the Law and let it be the Everlasting Gospel. So let the angel come and let him deliver to the hearts of this people and every people on earth the understanding of the one true Source and that energy which is God vouchsafed to every living soul. I call, then, to the lost tribes of the house of Israel: Come forth and claim your God-identity! Come out of all of the nations and be free and be the teachers of the ages and know the I AM THAT I AM within the heart and know your Real Self as the ever-living Christ. So let the violet flame be the quality of mercy that is not strained.5 Let the violet flame be invoked daily. Let your meditation be upon the flame and the flame frequency which you will find in the violet-flame color. This is my ray. This is the ray of the Aquarian age. This is the color of freedom itself. So let it beat within your heart. Let it infire your heart. Let it instill you with that love of the early patriots and of those who forged that victory of freedom many cen- turies ago in the heart of Europe, in that little country of Switzerland where there burns yet a threefold flame for all peoples to dip into and to use for the victory. 81 • Saint Germain’s Mantra for the Aquarian Age

O Afra and sons and daughters of Afra,6 I call you to the one law of the I AM THAT I AM. I call you now. Heed the word of the ascended masters and prove your freedom and demonstrate your freedom and your abil- ity to be whole. I speak then to the black and the white and to those of every race. Each one of you has the opportunity to bring forth a great genius to this earth, but it must be done by individual application and soul worth. It must be the forging of your Self out of the energy that God has placed within your heart. Now come forth! I send you love. Be free, then, of all of the past! Let the earth be washed by the waters of the living Word. Let the records of war on every continent, of hatred and prejudice and strife be dissolved now! For I AM Saint Germain, the sponsor of a new era of freedom. I sponsor America and every nation on earth where freedom is enshrined, and I sponsor every soul who will yet live to be free. People of America, pray for those who are not free in every way and safeguard your heritage of freedom. For when you lose the right to be free by the subtle encroach- ments of the fallen ones, you will regret the hour that you were not vigilant upon the wall as watchmen of the LORD. And when the cry to that watchman, “What of the night?” will be sounded, I am counting on every Ameri- can to be the watchman on the wall of the LORD and the wall of freedom.
