The Atlanta Streetcar is a modern, ADA compliant, electrically powered transit system. The streetcar will run for 2.7 miles in the heart of Atlanta’s downtown, business, tourism and convention corridor connecting Centennial Olympic Park area with the vibrant Sweet Auburn and Edgewood Avenue districts. The Atlanta Streetcar project is a cooperative effort by the City of Atlanta, the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District (ADID) and MARTA. The streetcar will run through the heart of Atlanta's business, tourism and convention corridor, bringing jobs and new economic development to the city. Public Relations Manager Overview The Atlanta Streetcar seeks an energetic and articulate Public Relations Director for our press initiatives. The Public Relations Manager will be the primary spokesperson for the Atlanta Streetcar. S/he will work with our staff and partners to build and undertake communications strategies that keep the public informed on the construction and operation of the Streetcar. -

Chris Tucker Principal Summary Mr. Tucker has 18 years of experience as a team leader and Program Manager, and ten years leading fare collection at TriMet, including six overseeing the implementation of TriMet’s new world-class electronic payment system. He is known as an industry expert in managing transport payment system projects from concept through implementation, including procurement, establishing intergovernmental agreements, policy development, partner integrations, testing, launch planning, and system operations. Mr. Tucker has a particularly focus in customer experience, education, and outreach, with ten years of experience managing and improving call center operations for two Fortune 500 companies, and one public transport operator. Throughout his career, Mr. Tucker has been well known for his ability to turn around fledgling departments and projects. 2017 Commuter Benefits Overview What are Commuter Benefits? Save money on your work-related commuter expenses through your employer's benefit. • The commuter benefit allows you to set aside money from your pay on a before- tax basis to pay for eligible costs associated with commuting to and from work. The great advantage is that you don't pay federal taxes on your expenses, thus lowering your taxable income. RETURNING TO CTA July 2020 RESPONSE TO STAY-AT-HOME ORDER CTA initial response to the COVID-19 pandemic included: Providing PPE to CTA employees (e.g., facial covers, gloves, hand sanitizer and cleaning products) and instituting many social distancing controls at work locations; enacting new leave management policies Continuing to run as much service as possible to support social distancing and transit-dependent essential workers Implementing Bus Crowding Management and adding extra buses to address occasional crowding on routes like the #79 79th and #4 Cottage Grove Launching rear-door bus boarding while CTA implemented other measures (ended in June 2020) Ongoing customer communications and signage on all vehicles and stations to promote social distancing and wearing masks Enhancing CTA’s cleaning protocols 2 CTA SERVICE Build on the strategies taken during the Stay-At-Home Order Continue to run as much service as possible Add extra buses to address occasional crowding on routes Run longer buses and trains where possible CTA, in coordination with CDPH, formalized rider capacity limits for buses and rail cars for Phase 4 15 passenger limit for 40’ buses 22 passenger limit for articulated buses and each train car CTA is monitoring camera feeds from high-ridership stations to identify potential crowd management situations at platform When social distancing concerns are identified customer announcements can be made to the platform to encourage social distancing, advise customers to wait for the next train, etc. 3 CLEANING CTA has one of the
