One Love at Emirates Cricket Ground

Important information

The One Love Manchester will take place at Emirates Old Trafford on Sunday 4 June, to honour and raise vital funds for the victims and families who were tragically affected by the Manchester attack after the show last week.

Ariana Grande has called on the biggest international names in music to join her for this unforgettable evening, including , , , , , , , , , and others.

Net ticket proceeds of the show will go directly to the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund which was set up by the in partnership with the British Red Cross, in aid of grieving families and victims of the horrific attack.

DOOR TIMES  Doors open at 4pm  Bars and food units will also be open from 4pm  There will be entertainment around the venue from 4pm  The main show gets underway at 7pm  The end of the show will be 10:30pm

We strongly advise that you arrive early as there will be enhanced security checks at each entry point.

WILL I GET SEARCHED?

All persons will be searched in line with the procedures in place for your safety. For a list of prohibited items please see Conditions of Entry, Clause 7 here.

We strongly advised you to minimise the number of items you bring as this will speed up your entry.

It is now an offence, to possess a pyrotechnic, flare or similar device whilst attending, entering or being in a concert venue. Anyone in possession of these or any other prohibited items will be refused entry and the items confiscated.

We strongly advise you not to bring any bags to the event. HOW DO I ENTER THE VENUE?

For tickets in stands A and E, please enter via gate 1 on Talbot Road

For tickets in stands B and C, please enter via gate 5 on Brian Statham Way

For tickets in the standing area, please enter via the gate(s) indicated on your ticket(s)

I HAVE A GENERAL ADMISSION STANDING TICKET, WHERE CAN I WATCH THE CONCERT FROM?

General Admission tickets give you access to the standing area on the pitch ONLY.

I HAVE A RESERVED TICKET, WHERE CAN I WATCH THE CONCERT FROM?

A reserved ticket will give you access to your specified seat ONLY. To find out how to locate your stand, please take a look at the stadium map below and speak to one of our friendly stewards to help you find your seat.

ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS?

For seated tickets under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.

For standing tickets no under 14s allowed, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

If you have any queries relating to your tickets, please contact the Ticketmaster customer services team on 0333 321 9999. WHERE IS THE ACCESSIBLE AREA LOCATED?

The accessible viewing area and accessible seats are located in front of the Red Rose Suite directly opposite the stage and can only be utilised by those with a valid accessible ticket. Customers in the Accessible Area are for safety reasons requested to remain in their location for a short period of time at the end of the concert to allow the crowd to disperse.

IS THERE DISABLED PARKING?

Unfortunately, all disabled parking spaces are now sold out, please see the TfGM link below for details of alternative parking including park and ride schemes.

HOW DO I GET TO EMIRATES OLD TRAFFORD?

With several high profile events taking place in Manchester over the weekend, extra capacity will be provided on public transport. Journey times are likely to take longer so you should plan ahead and ensure you allow extra time.

We advise that wherever possible you avoid driving to the Old Trafford area on Sunday and instead use public transport.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

There will be no parking at Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester United Football Club or Tesco Extra Stretford for this event and we advise you to use public transport wherever possible – see the above website for all the information from TfGM.

However, there will be additional Park and Ride services in operation – see below.

CAN I PARK AND RIDE?

Park and ride facilities have been strengthened across the region with additional venues being provided at Event City and within the city centre, where commercial parking is also available. WILL THERE BE ANY ROAD CLOSURES?

The roads around the venue (Brian Statham Way, Great Stone Road, Warwick Road and part of Talbot Road at the front of the ground) will have closures in place during the concert.

Brian Statham Way will be closed for the duration of the event, Talbot Road will close at approximately 2:30pm between the junction of Great Stone Road and White City Way, Great Stone Road will be closed at the end of the event to ensure safe transit of spectators. There will be a diversion signposted via White City Way to Chester Road to bypass the event zone. The closed roads will be opened again when it is deemed safe post-event.

TAXIS

Please note that will make a donation equal to all Uber fares taken to and from the One Love Manchester concert to the British Red Cross Society for its We Love Manchester Emergency Fund.

IS THERE A DROP OFF ZONE?

There is no designated drop off area, we strongly advise you to travel to the event using public transport. Details can be found on the TfGM website – link above.

IS THERE A PICK-UP POINT?

Post-event, the pick-up point will be located directly outside Manchester United Football Club at the E1 / E2 car park. The car park can be accessed via Wharfside Way where all cars will be subject to a mirror search underneath. Please allow extra time on your journey accordingly.

CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINK?

No food or drink will be permitted into the venue but there will be a wide range of refreshments that are available inside the venue. If any specific food is needed for special dietary requirements a doctor’s note will be required on entry.

CAN I BUY ALCOHOL AT THE CONCERT?

Yes, however we will be operating Challenge 25, so please bring identification with you. Forms of accepted ID are Passport, Cards bearing the “Pass” or Photographic Driving Licence.

CAN I BRING IN AN UMBRELLA IF IT’S GOING TO RAIN?

Unfortunately umbrellas are on the list of prohibited items for safety reasons and so that they don’t block the viewing experience of fellow fans. We therefore advise you to pay particular attention to the weather forecast and dress appropriately for the expected conditions.

CAN I GET ACCESS TO A BAR THAT IS INDOORS?

Only if you are in receipt of a specified wristband.

ARE THERE ATM’S ON SITE?

There are a limited number of ATMs on site that may incur a charge. Please note there will be no pass-outs once you have entered the ground.

WHERE CAN I BUY MERCHANDISE?

There will be a number of official merchandise outlets located inside the venue. We would advise against purchasing any unofficial merchandise outside the venue.

If you don’t have a ticket for One Love Manchester at Emirates Old Trafford, please do not travel. The concert is live on BBC One from 6pm.
