Those days are long gone. In the Turbo version of Street Fighter II, you may select any of the 12 fighters. Individually, when factors such as strength, speed and agility are averaged out, each character has approximately the same chance of winning a match. Remember, this is on the average. With the skills of two players being equal, certain characters may have a slight advan- tage over others, but things should be fairly matched. The Turbo version has been "fine tuned" to include moves that tend to equalize any defi- ciencies a certain character may have had against another character. NEW SPECIAL ATTACKS! PLAY VS.
