NEWS RELEASE ESR develops the largest modern logistics facility in Greater Nagoya, Japan TOKYO/HONG KONG, 17 February 2020 – ESR Cayman Limited (“ESR” or the “Group”; SEHK Stock Code: 1821), the largest APAC focused logistics real estate platform, announced that it will invest an estimated JPY27 billion (equivalent to approximately US$245 million) to develop ESR Yatomi Kisosaki Distribution Centre (“ESR Yatomi Kisosaki DC”), which is set to be the largest modern logistics facility in Greater Nagoya, Japan.
