November, large-scale traffic restrictions are planned for central Nagoya City and on expressways to reduce traffic within Nagoya City by 45 percent. Restrictions are planned for the areas indicated (see right). Please avoid using cars, and allow yourself sufficient time to use public transport during this period. Operators of commercial vehicles are requested to reschedule their operating hours during this time. Your cooperation in helping to extend the warmest hospitality to welcome our international and Japanese guests, and ensure the success of the meeting, is appreciated.
