For example, the construction of national highway networks, including expressways, has provided a major impe- tus in the rejuvenation of regional economies by encouraging plant locations near expressway interchanges. Additionally, it has helped enhance the quality and safety of national life by making broad-area medical services accessible to rural II areas and allowing broad rerouting to avoid highway disruption by natural disasters. An example includes the Sakai-Koga IC to Tsukuba Chuo IC segment of the Metropolitan Intercity Expressway Chapter 6 (Ken-O Expressway) opened on February 26, 2017, which resulted in roughly 90% connection of the 300 km of total roadway on the Expressway. This development is expected to attract more businesses and promote sightseeing activities. On the other hand, there are still missing links of expressways and arterial road networks in other parts of the country, which we plan to develop in a systematical manner. NEWS RELEASE ESR develops the largest modern logistics facility in Greater Nagoya, Japan TOKYO/HONG KONG, 17 February 2020 – ESR Cayman Limited (“ESR” or the “Group”; SEHK Stock Code: 1821), the largest APAC focused logistics real estate platform, announced that it will invest an estimated JPY27 billion (equivalent to approximately US$245 million) to develop ESR Yatomi Kisosaki Distribution Centre (“ESR Yatomi Kisosaki DC”), which is set to be the largest modern logistics facility in Greater Nagoya, Japan. Located on a prime land parcel of 79,095 sqm (23,926 tsubo), ESR Yatomi Kisosaki DC will be developed into a four-storey, double-ramped, multi-tenant modern logistics facility with a total gross floor area of 153,092 sqm (46,310 tsubo). It will commence construction in December 2020 with completion scheduled for end of April 2022. The GC/MS analysis identified 56 VOCs in exhaled breath samples from 136 volunteers, 107 LC and 29 HC, and selected four target VOCs by simple statistical analyses. The first prototype analyzed exhaled breath samples from 101 volunteers (74 LC and 27 HC). The prototype system exhibited a level of performance similar to that of the gas condenser- GC/MS system for breath analysis. Subsequently, we developed the second prototype which used advanced statistical analysis, support vector machine algorithm (SVM), for improving high percentage of correct answers. -
