The main product of Shenyang Beiya Beverage Machinery Co., Ltd. is BW-2200B filling machine. B type machine is started to develop in 2001. In 2003, the first gable top carton hot filling machine in China is designed and manufactured by us, and then, put into production by Beijing Fucheng Group for juice filling.

The finished product can be kept in normal temperature for long time (12 months for juice). That broke the situation that Chinese companies can not produce B type hot filling machine for long shelf life product. BW-5000 type machine is fully automatic with top level configuration. It is provided with different types to meet different customers’ need, according to the output, configuration, automatic degree, carton size, etc.

BWL-5000 Ultra Clean Type Filling Machine Details:

Put cardboard into carton holder (manually) → Ultrasonic capping (Optional) → H2O2 spraying →Dyring

system → bottom sealing and heating → filling → Top heating and sealing → Date printing → Finished
