BY ROAD From the A406 North Circular Road take the exit for Barking. Follow the London Road onto the A124 Northern Relief Road. Continue on the A124 Longbridge Road. At the Royal Oak public house take the right hand turn into Upney Lane, the hospital is approximately 1 mile down on the right, after the Barking Walk in Centre. BY BUS The bus route that services the Hospital is the 62, which stops outside the hospital. BY RAIL The nearest tube station is Upney which is on the District line. When leaving Upney tube station turn left into Upney Lane and the Hospital is located on the left. The nearest National Rail station is Barking, 1/\/hicha lso has connections to the District and Hammersmith & City lines. On leaving Barking station catch the 62 bus to Upney Lane.

Upon arrival MRI appointments: From the main entrance off Upney Lane, follow the road round to the right heading towards the main building. The lnHealth mobile diagnostic unit is situated on the right hand side and is clearly marked. Upon arrival please report directly to the lnHealth mobile diagnostic unit. Endoscopy appointments: Please go to the main entrance and report to the meet & greet security desk, located immediately to the right through the main doors.
