    Verksamhetsberättelse 2011 IFK Göteborg Verksamhetsberättelse 2011 Förvaltningsberättelse Styrelsen för Idrottsföreningen Kamraterna Göteborg avger härmed förvaltningsberättelse för tiden 1 januari 2011–31 december 2011. Koncernen I Redovisningen omfattar föreningen IFK Göteborg som ansvarar för och bedri- ver all idrottslig verksamhet, publik och arrangemang, dotterbolaget IFK Göteborg Promotion AB som ansvarar för all försäljning av merchandise och driver butiken ”BlåvittShopen” på Gamla Ullevi samt IFK Göteborg Sportskadeklinik AB, rehabi- litering av sportskador. Ekonomi I Omsättningen i koncernen för verksamhetsåret uppgår till totalt 101,8 mkr. I oktober 2010 fattade styrelsen beslut om att uppföra ny träningsanläggning för de delar som omfattar elitverksamheten och administrationen. Kamratgården revs i februari 2011 och verksamheten har under året bedrivits i tillfälliga lokaler. Uppförandet av den nya anläggningen har pågått under hela verksamhetsåret och inflyttning till Nya Kam- ratgården har skett enligt plan i januari 2012. Med ett nybyggt Kamratgården, inomhushall med konstgräsplan, två naturgräsplaner, där en av planerna genomgått en total renovering och omläggning, samt två konst- gräsplaner utomhus, skapas de bästa förutsättningarna för vår fotbollsverksamhet. Koncernens resultat före avskrivningar uppgår till 6,5 mkr. Efter avskrivningar upp- gående till 10,4 mkr uppvisar koncernen en förlust om 3,9 mkr. Det negativa resulta- tet medför att det egna kapitalet minskar från 35,2 mkr till 31,3 mkr. Under året har investeringar i nybyggnationen uppgått till 31,4 mkr. Av ersättningen, erlagd 2007, från IFK Göteborg Fotboll AB för rätten till vinstdelning vid försäljning av vissa spelare, är alla medel investerade i spelarförvärv enligt avtal. Vinstdelning avseende vidare-försäljningsklausuler kvarstår för ett antal spelare. Koncernens och föreningens resultat och ställning i övrigt framgår av resultat- och ba- lansräkning samt noter.

After the race with Radio Controlled Cars DASU invited to a nice dinner with good food. Mr. Junfors also especially welcomed Mr. Radovan Novak, President of the Central European Zone, for attending the meeting. After the introduction the meeting continued with a short presentation of the participants.
