MSB Catalogue 2019.Cdr 2019 Catalogue MANUFACTURING PROCESS HOW TO ORDER When you are ready to order some quality sportswear, contact or email us and we will gladly assist in any way we can to ensure your satisfaction. Speak to your agent or our sales department who will take all your details and order info. Our sales team will send you pricing and confirm your delivery dates. Indeed you need size samples, we will gladly assist you. Our team will discuss the deposit details as well as confirm the order. Next you can start with the creative process. Send all your logo's and artwork requests to us and we will forward you mock ups from which you can amend until you reach your final proof. Once you approve the design, your job will be sent through to our printer for layouts and printing, after which it will be pressed onto the material and then manufactured. If you need any information on your order feel free to contact your agent or our sales department and we will update you. Once your job is completed we will send your final invoice for payment and will be in contact with you for delivery details. As easy as that! SUBLIMATION PROCESS We can match any school, club or corporate colour you need via the sublimation process. Sublimation is the permanent application of ink onto material via high pressure and temperature. The design, logo’s and numbers are all incorporated into the print, which creates endless possibilities. Please supply any reference (PANTONE or sample) of your colours so we can make sure the end result is to your approval. Note that colours may vary slightly due to unexpected variables. MATERIAL SPECS The fabrics we use for all our garments are high quality, moisture management fabrics that ensure movability and durability for all sport types. All fabrics are locally sourced and produced. Please feel free to enquire about the different types we use and which you would prefer. BRANDING, EMBROIDERY & NUMBERING BRANDING SET-UP SPECIFICATIONS Please ensure an electronic version (e.g. Corel draw / PDF / EPS / TIFF / JPEG) of the logos required are sent through with your orders. Please check the proof that will be sent to you for logo positioning and colours. If you need a new logo designed or if we have to redraw a logo or emblem due to poor quality sample, there might be extra charges and proofs will be sent to you for approval. A clear sample or example will be needed for redraw of logo’s. All corporate logos supplied as vector artwork MUST comply with Logo Guides: FORMAT ELECTRONIC The preferred format for logos is in vector format that is CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator files (or PDF / EPS if converted from original files). Otherwise a TIFF, Bitmap or JPEG with a high resolution. DST files for embroidery will ensure no extra charge for digitizing. Logos and artwork found on websites and business cards are generally in a low resolution size and not suitable for sublimation printing as they are designed to be viewed on a screen easily and quickly. A vector logo can be enlarged and logo will stay crisp and clear, this is ideal for sublimation printing. A bitmap logo becomes distorted and pixilated when enlarged, this is not ideal for sublimation printing. Logos can be redrawn at a fee depending on the detail of logo. The following images shows the different between a vector and bitmap logo. Shin Guards (right) - Should cover the knee and shin completely to protect from collisions, sticks and pucks. Hockey socks – Part of the team uniform and should match the team colors; held in place with garter or Velcro tabs on jock short; pulled over and covers the shin guards. Breezers/Hockey pants – Protection for lower spine/tailbone, hips and thighs. The length should come to the top of shin pads. Skates – Skates are an essential piece of equipment to play ice hockey. Players and parents should place an emphasis on proper fit as skates that are too large (too much room for growth) will hamper skating abilities and comfort. Periodic quality sharpening are essential for the skater’s success. Shoulder pads – These are designed to protect the chest, shoulders and top of arms. Players should try these on to determine best comfort and size for mobility and protection. Elbow pads (left) – Today's elbow pads are designed to protect the elbow from hard falls or collisions as well as protecting the forearms from sticks and pucks. To be effective, these should fit well enough that they do not move when worn. Hockey jersey – Part of the uniform and may be provided by the team or purchased separately. Jerseys should be tried on with shoulder pads to determine appropriate fit.

    Indoor Lacrosse Rules and Regulations All players shall be a current USLacrosse Member. This will provide insurance for the players. All NCJLA and the following rules apply. 1. Equipment. For your own protection, you must wear all the equipment listed below on the field and while on the sideline. If you don't, you will not be permitted to play. No exceptions. Helmet with four point chin strap and full face grill Mouth guard Shoulder pads Elbow pads Gloves Protective cup Rib pads are advised, but not required. 2. Sticks. Are all 40-42” inches long. There are no “long stick” defense sticks in indoor lacrosse. Goalies may use the same goalie stick they use in field lacrosse. 3. Shoes. Only cleats, turf shoes or flat soled work out shoes maybe worn on the field. Do not wear an elevated heal shoe like running shoes, this can increase rolling your ankle. We recommend that you wear high top basketball shoes or cleats. 4. Goalie Equipment. In addition to the above equipment, goalies must wear chest pads and a throat protector. Goalies may wear sweat pants. Many goalies chose to wear extra leg protection such a goalie hockey pants instead of sweat pants. Foam leg pads that substantially enlarge the blocking size of the legs are permitted. No crease violation, which will reduce injuries for all players. 5. Number of players. Each team has five fielders plus one goalie on the court at a time. If coaches agree, teams can play four vs. four. 6. Checking. Full stick checking is allowed with the same penalty rules as field lacrosse; Keep both hands on the stick when checking.
