The proposed approach would be to link with Mold Dementia Friendly Steering Group, to share knowledge, expertise and resources. This approach would enable L&P to work with Mold communications lead, events lead, etc. and the potential to share funding opportunities/events etc. Mold Steering group will cover Mold Luke to confirm approach and surrounding area including Leeswood & Pontblyddyn, Hope, with Mold SG and identify , , , , etc and is representative to attend already reaching out to the wider community, working with Alyn Bank L&P SG meeting.
